I had my car towed to this dealer in early January and it's still there no car back…read more They originally had a delayed part and once they received it later claimed additional damage to the immobilizer (either that was the original problem or maybe the rodent damage happened in their possession while it waited on parts, who knows at this point) once the immobilizer was repaired now they can't get the electronics to work, so they had to call a GM tech and now for over a month since they have identified they needed a GM tech I am still here waiting, I wonder if the GM tech needed to be manufactured from scratch too. I honestly just want my car back I'll take it somewhere else. This has been by far the worst experience ever with customer service they never call to keep me posted I had to babysit the parts situation, they received a part and they didn't care to get my car in immediately or call me to tell me what their next steps were. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE. I probably will never buy a car from them either.
