So, here's my complaint. I took my Honda Passport 2024 for service sometime in July of this year. (I'd had it less than 2 years at the point.) The Info-center screen wouldn't come on all the time. It would sporadically come on with no rhyme or reason to when. They could not fix it, although they tried. I was told they'd have to order a new one. I checked with the service department several times before Sept. 2 & it still hadn't come in. Then when I talked to the service department on that date I was told - for the 1st time - that a video that showed the problem was required and had to be sent off. I immediately made the video (car running & no Info-center lit up) & turned it in to the service department on that same date with the assurance they would send it off. As of 9-23, all I've heard from the service department is that they're waiting on the warranty department. This has gone on much too long and now, in 3 weeks I'll be going on a road trip and I desperately need my GPS. I will NOT be buying another Honda unless this is resolved quickly & to my satisfaction. This is my 1st Honda.

They had my car for a month and after guessing at the issue the car still wasn't fixed they racked up a 3200 dollar invoice for me to pay to retrieve my car... I paid and took my car somewhere else and it was fixed in 15 minute. I would completely stay away from this Honda location whether purchasing or getting any type of service. All I can say is that I told you first! Just trying to educate others..Stay away!! I just wanted fairness and Billy Wood Honda definitely was not understanding! The service department was particularly rude, but they wouldn't call with updates when they said they would. They also wouldn't answer the phone all the time. I travel for a living so I've been to a many chevy dealers service center, and this was a disgrace to the name. Not only does it make this facility look trashy, but it pisses all over the chevy name as a whole. If I had to deal with these people all the time I would switch to ford.

Teague is an embarrassment to GM. They are the worst dealer I've ever stepped foot in. But, I've had nothing but nightmares since. When I was accepting delivery of the new truck, the damaged the hood (AND ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW). When they FINALLY got that fixed and returned the truck to me, I find NEW damage to the front right fender. Now, they're totally ignoring me. And, it took their business office SIX MONTHS to finally get all of the paperwork straight to get to GM on the purchase. Not only would I never purchase another vehicle there, I'll drive a thousand miles, just to avoid taking my vehicle to them for service. And, everyone I know (and everyone they know) will be advised to NEVER go to Plague Chevrolet.
