I've been using Xpress Maids nearly monthly for the past 6 months or so and there are several pros,…read morebut couple cons as well. This is a family-owned cleaning business that services the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo area and the main contact person Isaac is always very professional, accommodating and responds in a quick and timely fashion. From the beginning, he offered a very affordable monthly cleaning rate. Pros: Very quick response time Available via text, call and email Able to schedule cleaning in a very short notice Flexible and accommodating to provide me cleaning times outside of their regular cleaning hours, which is a huge PRO given my limited availability to be home during their regular hours. Affordable rates Cons: Maids frequently miss dusting some items, but once I point out the issues, they are attentive and willing to re-address. I am a fan of this business, because the service you receive for the price you pay is pretty decent (good bang for your buck), and Isaac is very professional and courteous. He has excellent customer service skills and was willing to discount me for a cleaning service in which maids were delayed arriving to my place. I'd recommend trying out their service - good cleaning for affordable price.

He did a GREAT job at a very fair price. His quote was $50 higher than the lowest quote I got - but Ben got the job because I liked him immediately when he came to do an in-person estimate - while the lower bidder gave me an estimate based on a "satellite picture" - not in person. That factor is important to me, as it should be to others. Ben told me he could make my deck (which I last cleaned 15 years ago) look like it was brand new as well - so he power washed that about 10 days ago. He was 100% correct - because my deck now looks absolutely amazing - just like brand new. His price on the deck job was very fair as well. Trust me folks - you can't (and won't) go wrong using Ben. And your bank account will thank you as well.
