Be careful with this company. From day one when I booked this class they were sneaky. You can purchase the class on groupon for a few bucks cheaper, but they make their money on the book ($150) which is like a $30 book online. My mistake was finding a class (a) that was close to my house and (b) was affordable. Don't go to a class just because it's cheap. You get what you pay for. There was nobody in the class to answer any question (which the instructor in the dvd stated is required). This class is a dvd taught class and there are times it would be extremely helpful if someone was there to further assist rather than tell the class to email whatever questions we had. There's no personality. Another issue I had with trust reality is that their class always finished earlier than said, which is great, but that time could have been used to answer any of the questions we may of had. Only on one day did the class actually go to its regularly scheduled time. On that day I had scheduled a doctors appointment because we were always released early. I had to leave a few minutes early and missed about 10 review questions. They made me retake the class, miss an additional day of work and pay an addition $26 to make it up. Now they wave the fee if you like their FB page on the first day, but if you don't have FB like I don't you have no other option. I feel that is discrimination to people who don't use social media. How about they offer the class to voice a positive review here on Yelp rather than a negative review like mine today. I may have left a few minutes before class ended but people have walked into class just as late and they never noticed. I understand this is a required 40hr class, but they could have kept me an extra 30min after a regular scheduled class date to fill in the review questions I missed. Maybe if they had an actual instructor available in class they would be more organized with their unorganized policies. read more

So I saw an ad for an apartment and it had a KEISHA as contact. I called and she gave me the number to a SARA SIERRA. I called Sara and at first she was very courteous...asking me basic questions, letting me know that she will email me openings for apartments. GREAT RIGHT? Wish I could have given these people zero stars. I have been calling and emailing to get information on an apartment for rent. I had to call the broker Rus 4 times and then the agency owner Keisha before I could get an answer. I have been leaving messages over the past two weeks to get an update with zero follow up. No calls. No emails. Nothing. Yes, I admit that I'm pretty frustrated. I just finally got the broker and the owner on the phone and was told that I seem upset in my voicemails so why would they want to call me back? WHAT? It didn't seem to sink in with either of these people that I would not have been angry if someone had simply returned a phone call. All I want to do is find a place to live and the other brokers I leave messages with actually call back. I am flabbergasted by the way this company is run and can't recommend highly enough that you take your business elsewhere to a competent real estate professional if you want to actually sell or rent a property. Shame on these people. I own my own business and would not be in business if my staff and I treated our clients this way. I have been contacting this business for apartments services. I have reached out to many of their agents and even called their main line for months now with no responds. I have spoke to 2 different women that have assured me the other would call me back. Again no luck with that. I will and have taken my business else where due to the fact that I have funds and needed an apartment and they could not do their job. Scum Bags. I was told that I needed to pay a buyers fee for a rental a few years ago and cut them a check. My land lord later informed me she paid the fee the sellers which was then split with trust one. So they took us for a fee and a half... Don't trust these guys. Furthermore I saw listings with 3 agents and 2 of them were very unprofessional in the scheduling and communications, the one that did handle himself professionally then robbed me for 1500 dollars. read more

They sell "real estate pre licensing course" with no instructor present in the building. They play a DVD on 2nd floor of the building and all there is a boy on his 20s to lock up the building when we leave, no instructor, nobody to ask questions. Cancelled 2nd class for 1/2 inch snow on the ground. Also, has outdated authorization from the Board of Real estate hanging on the wall. Very unprofessional. Waste of time. read more

I found it very convenient as you don't need to spend your time listening to other people's questions. But only until we went,we found out all classes are admitted via watvhing veido tapes. No help from this company. No one answers any question you have, no discussion offered. When asked, the owner offer the students an online practice site offered by another company. But you have to pay for the service based on jow long you want to subscribe yhe site and it could be every expensive. For people who got a coupon from the Internet, you may think you got a deal. This is a bait and switch scam through false and deceitful advertising. They advertise $99 for massachusetts real estate agent license course but at the online checkout they add a $150 for a book (Massachusetts Real Estate: Principles, Practices, and Law) available online for $30. I paid the $80 through Groupon for the $99 I was expecting. They still wanted me to buy the overpriced book from them even though I had the exact same book and same edition they use through my wife who took the same exact course. I spoke to the owner who told me in a very colorful language that her aunt is a superior court judge and that I'm wasting my time trying to get my money back. read more

Hi I am doing the 40 Brokers Class at Trust Realty One. Was very hesitant to do a class on DVD because didn't know if I would fall asleep or just be uninterested in watching a DVD. After the 1st day and about 4 DVDs later my mind was put to ease. The instructor on the DVD was very good. He was funny, very knowledgeable, easy to follow and most importantly he kept my attention span. I was not bored at all watching the DVD. The staff that I did meet including the owner were very informative about the format and policy of doing the class via DVD. They were very professional and the fact that I was able to customized my classes to fit my schedule was a real plus. I enrolled in Trust One Real Estate School for their Tuesday Thursday night pre-licensing course. I had to commute about an hour from work everyday so I was skeptical at first, however I couldn't be happier that I enrolled. The DVD goes right along with the book you are given. Another plus is that the book is yours. You are given all material that you need to pass the licensing exam. The instructor gives you helpful hints to pass the exam which is beyond helpful. After many days of stress and sleepless nights at my position as a Maintenance Tech I woke up one day and realized that is no way to live. When signing up I was informed that there are a lot of phony online schools offering courses that are not accredited by the state of Massachusetts. These people are infuriating to deal with. The entire group has huge communication issues: Inconsistent story lines, non-answering of phones, cryptic text messages, use of yelling and aggression to compensate for inconsistent facts and missing logic. They misadvised their client that my mortgage pre-approval issued from a major bank was illegitimate. Even having my mortgage guy talk to the agent several times made no headway. Please, as a service to humanity, partner with ANY other real estate company when selling or renting. In the course of buying a home, I interacted with 6 or 7 excellent real estate agents. I took their license class and wondering how until now they can run it like this. The only they do is just using DVD and even with this they screwing up always mixing up the chapters. They just interested only how to rip money from students. First even before starting the class Kamryn told us either you put "likes" for this company on Facebook or you will be charged $25 for every time you late to the classes. May be it's ok to charge for to be late but how is possible to BLACKMAIL people to advertise them on Facebook even before you know how they are. The rest of the scams like a book for $150 which they telling you only after you purchased course. On top of that if you talk to them about mentioned issues Kamryn and other workers becoming rude and speaking like they doing favor that for your money letting you listening DVD.
