Has total disrespect for the customer. I took a day off from work to pick up the title, insure and register it. He wasn't even there. Called him and he said he "forgot". Went back the next day after all kinds of apologies. Believe it or not he "forgot" again!. Total fiasco. You're better off taking a bus or just walking rather than doing business here.

This was shared with me today…read more Ladies, never go to the Nissan 24 dealership in Brockton alone, and never hand over your keys without a backup set. I was subjected to a predatory "bait and switch" and held against my will after hours. I negotiated a written deal for a 2025 Nissan Armada with salesman Jonathan Thomas and manager Joel for $65,150. After they pressured me to post a 5-star Google review, they brought out the final paperwork with the price hiked by $4,410, plus nearly $2,500 in hidden fees (Zurich Shield and Security Guard) we never discussed. When I called out the "error," they admitted they changed the negotiated price of the vehicle. It was after closing; I was the only woman in the building with four men. They refused to return the keys to my trade-in vehicle, effectively trapping me there to force a sale. The manager repeatedly called me "sweetheart" in a patronizing attempt to dismiss my concerns. I had to repeatedly demand my own property back (car keys) before fleeing to the Brockton Police Department to report the incident. These particular associates at Nissan 24 are dishonest and predatory. Share this to protect others from these tactics.

I know, I lived there for eight years. What a difference in this place since I moved away nine years ago! I wish they had this much back then. We were at my brother's for a flooding issue while he was out of town. There were numerous trips that had to be made as repairs were attempted - distilled water, beer, etc. The Commons Crossing saved the day each time. For a corner store they do have an extensive liquor selection as well as the basic essentials. Need gas or propane? You can get that here too. If you are in Berkley, this is where it's at!

After being referred to Performance Automotive by a close family friend in my late teenage years,…read moreI've been taking my vehicles here almost exclusively for the last 20+ years. Not only are they quick and accommodating, but also priced appropriately. Never in all the years of going here have they tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. When I bring my vehicle in for a specific service, they may occasionally (and thankfully) point out an area of future concern, and in every case they have been correct. I will continue to use and recommend Performance Auto (and Towing) to my family and friends for many years to come.

I ended up test driving a pre owned BMW X3 that day and looked around the showroom at the new Volvo's " which by the way are beautiful". A few weeks passed and I looked online at their pre owned inventory again after Rob sent me a text checking in. I saw a beautiful Audi Q7 and then set up a day to test drive. This was my first time ever buying a car on my own. My husband has always come with me and usually I picked the car. But this time I did all my own research and car hunting on my own. This was the SMOOTHEST car buying experience I've ever had in my life. Due to first of all "not bringing the husband" but mostly because Rob just made it really easy. He was so on point with everything. The last time I bought a car "somewhere else" it was like they were in no rush to get it ready for me. I had to keep calling, texting and hounding them for my car. And it was just an overall awful experience. This was like a sigh of relief! I would highly recommend Rob AND Volvo. To anyone. I was so lucky to end up getting him by chance for my first independent car purchase. PS the husband is still on the hook for the bill tho!
