There is a section line literally outside my back door that is the boundary between the lots. He had to measure about a 100' to the north amd find the iron markers. The rest is desk work of which half was already done by himself months before and still marked. It seemed like a straight forward job to a non professional such as myself. When I got my 3 copies of the certified survey map, it was wrong, and I had to point it out to him (he simply had used the old legal description on the new map and this is recorded at.the county) it took a week to get corrected and recorded. As I recall my final bill wasnover estimate. When I spoke to him on the phone he raised his voice and made excuses. I later got an email with the same excuses and no apology for his errors only for the county bureaucracy that he is part of as the county surveyor. But, what do I know, I am just a client, customer and taxpayer. Paying more than I should have, had he done his work in an earnest professional manner.

What happened??? We depended on you!…read more You never did the work. It was to be (finally) finished last week. When asked why it wasn't, you tell us sorry, find someone else. Everybody and his brother had been waiting to move on this deal. Jason and crew, you have let us down when we depended on you! We were told, numerous times, it'll be done, and soon.

As I write this review myself and my broker have tried numerous attempts to reach Jason. I'm in the…read moremiddle of a purchase and have been waiting on Jason's final report for almost 7 weeks. We have made at a minimum 20 phone calls, left a few messages (most of the time voice mail box is full), several emails and several texts to no response. We actually stopped in the office one employee said the actual land survey was finished. I have extended the contract on the purchase of my property because we cannot get a response from Jason. Incredible for business to act this way and expect to stay in business. At the risk of not getting my survey finished in the next few days, I will still step up and say do not do business with this company.
