This is my first Yelp review but I felt I had to write a comprehensive review of my business transaction with Pine Ridge Land Surveying after my last survey. I have a parcel of land south of Ashland my family and I use for deer hunting and have for many years. I'm not from the Ashland area but after some online research I discovered Pine Ridge Surveying and decided to give them a call. A man named Patrick answered my call. I quickly found out he was the owner/operator. He was very polite and courteous and answered all of my questions with professionalism. This was by far the best experience I've had with a land surveying firm. He gave me an estimate, I signed the contract, and I was charged exactly the amount of the estimate. I had a bit of a time constraint in which to sell this land, as that's just how things were coming together and I discussed this with Patrick. He was very up front about how busy he was and we worked out a completion date which was also included in the contract. Not only did he meet the expected completion date, but exceeded it by almost a week. I think it's important to note that this was between Thanksgiving and Christmas which was a small window in which to have the work completed.
