Once phoned through, your order usually takes about 15 minutes. If you have a large order the staff sometimes sneak in a few extras for free (poppadoms, etc). When I've been in there with my young son he also gets a free lollipop - a sure winner to keep him quiet. The food is always well prepared and piping hot, and they always manage to have the order ready at the appointed time if you ring it through first of all. They are lovely to deal with and we have never had a problem in all the years we have been using them. In fact they can make us feel like one of the family they seem to know us so well. The menu is very varied and the food is always of a very good standard, we would recommend this take away without hesitation.
