Not your typical street food fare. It might be a trailer in the car park off the beach, but it is refined food and quality ingredients. I was just starving from an early start and just looking to settle the hunger pangs, so that first flavorful bite was a very welcome surprise.
Everything on the menu has some seaweed/seafood twist to it. The Kelpchup is akin to a watery chutney or relish, not as tangy as normal ketchup. I would substitute it for regular ketchup any day. Don't be put off by the color, add it to your bap or burger and you won't be disappointed. Now I only wish I had also ordered the lobster roll. Guess I'll just have to make it back some day.
