I have had several interactions with Innovative Aesthetics over the last few years and not once…read morehave I ever had a bad experience. My time with Innovative started back in 2017 when I started the Ideal Protein program. I was teamed up with a kind, caring and knowledgeable consultant that guided me through 85 pounds of weight loss. I will forever be grateful for the day that I decided to attend a weigh loss information meeting as it has truly changed my life forever. (Stephanie K and Stephanie F I'm sending you both a big ol' shout out!) I did return 2 years later to lose a few pesky pounds that found their way back to me, and I was welcomed with open, non-judgmental arms. You will be hard pressed to find anyone on this team that lacks compassion, is negative, or is unwilling to listen to everything you have to say. If you are ready for a change... Take the leap! In 2019 I decided to step into the spa side of Innovative and start my tattoo removal process. I was nervous, worried about budget, and had quite a few questions. My consultation was WONDERFUL. I was given plenty of time, shown pictures of before/afters, discussed price in detail and I was given and honest estimate of the the outcome. I was not forced into purchasing any additional products or services, I was not promised ANYTHING (I have a firm believer in honesty being the best policy) and when I said that I wanted to wait to book my first appointment until I talked things over with my best friend, I was encouraged rather than judged. I am currently done with my second session and the results are proving that I made the right decision. (Madelyn is absolutely fantastic and so much fun to talk with during your appointment!) Innovative Aesthetics is a clean, quiet, professional establishment that works hard to ensure that everyone gets the best possible treatment. If you have a question, give them a call! You will never regret pampering yourself a little now and again!!

I never experienced any problems and always had a pleasant experience. Office is clean and tidy. Staff was never rude or snoody. If I still lived in the area and wanted another facial or chemical peel, I'd likely return. However, as the previous reviewer stated, my spider veins have returned (after about 3 years), so it really was a waste of $600+.

Once I presented with a severe complication, they refused to provide me with any kind of medical care or even advice. After a few days, they began calling constantly to badger me for photos. That was the extent of the "help" they offered. The nurse that performed the improper injection, Sheila Scheib, is still employed by them and still injecting patients. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky. Keep in mind that they aren't aware of all proper injection procedures or how to treat you if they make a mistake. You're really taking a chance.

The consultation portion was cool! I did not like that I was expected to tip my injector, and that she recommended way more than the usual 30 units I get for forehead. I don't like to be totally frozen, and I've had lots of experience with getting botox in the past. She did not seem happy to give me my usual amount and I did feel that was to push a higher sale price. I was immediately uncomfortable after this, and on top if that, needing to tip. I have never ever been asked to tip for Botox in my life( been to dr's in LA and here in cr) and felt this was tacky. Unfortunately I won't be back.

The facial I received was excellent - my skin felt nourished and was glowing afterward. The esthetician (cannot remember her name) was very friendly and offered various products that would work well for my skin. My last two recent visits have been for laser hair reduction/removal - the tech Nicholette is friendly and knowledgeable! After 1 laser hair removal I had very minimal hair growth after 4 weeks. I just completed my 2nd therapy today. The laser Revive uses is quiet and quick - the whole process maybe takes 10 minutes (so much quicker than waxing!) the laser is painless and is said to cause slight soreness the next day, but I did not experience this. Very well tolerated and is a definite must for those of you who are tired of shaving and/or waxing/sugaring!

In addition to teaching in their classroom space, my students used several of the healing rooms. Each was nicely furnished with a soothing color painted on the walls. Lovely relaxing music wafts throughout the center, and the students found that during their practice sessions they were able to deeply relax in the very nurturing environment. They also have a nice gift shop where customers can select from an array of healing crystals, aromatherapy oils, healing jewelry and more. The entire center was very clean, and quiet. I was on a very tight travel schedule and unfortunately I was unable to personally schedule a massage. However, I heard several very satisfied customers exclaim that their massage was "the Best ever!" If I am in the area again, I will be sure to schedule time for a massage.
