The consultation portion was cool! I did not like that I was expected to tip my injector, and that she recommended way more than the usual 30 units I get for forehead. I don't like to be totally frozen, and I've had lots of experience with getting botox in the past. She did not seem happy to give me my usual amount and I did feel that was to push a higher sale price. I was immediately uncomfortable after this, and on top if that, needing to tip. I have never ever been asked to tip for Botox in my life( been to dr's in LA and here in cr) and felt this was tacky. Unfortunately I won't be back.

Once I presented with a severe complication, they refused to provide me with any kind of medical care or even advice. After a few days, they began calling constantly to badger me for photos. That was the extent of the "help" they offered. The nurse that performed the improper injection, Sheila Scheib, is still employed by them and still injecting patients. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky. Keep in mind that they aren't aware of all proper injection procedures or how to treat you if they make a mistake. You're really taking a chance.

The facial I received was excellent - my skin felt nourished and was glowing afterward. The esthetician (cannot remember her name) was very friendly and offered various products that would work well for my skin. My last two recent visits have been for laser hair reduction/removal - the tech Nicholette is friendly and knowledgeable! After 1 laser hair removal I had very minimal hair growth after 4 weeks. I just completed my 2nd therapy today. The laser Revive uses is quiet and quick - the whole process maybe takes 10 minutes (so much quicker than waxing!) the laser is painless and is said to cause slight soreness the next day, but I did not experience this. Very well tolerated and is a definite must for those of you who are tired of shaving and/or waxing/sugaring!
