I have learned over time what an adventure plumbing can be and rather than attempt to tackle what seems like a simple remove and replace I have learned to leave all my plumbing to Jay and crew. They are prompt in communication, scheduling the job and their work has always been very professional. The most recent job of the expansion tank replacement turned out to be a job that looked simple to me but had surprises and showed me even to the pros plumbing can sometimes be an adventure. After making fast work of removing and installing the new expansion tank, Sam the plumber in charge found a troublesome and very slow drip from one of the many needed connections. After more than a few frustrating attempts to solve the slow drip, Sam finally got it all back together without the troublesome drip. I could sense Sam's frustration with the offending fitting, as it probably was always a once and done type installation, but not this time. However, Sam never lost his concentration or demeanor and was rewarded after the final attempt had no drips.

After quickly assessing the damage, he presented me with two options: rebuild and reseal the current trap or outright replace it. Since the former was the cheaper option and had a pretty good chance of ameliorating the leak, I opted for the rebuild and reseal. Total price for the job: $140. All things considered, this business is very affordable and prompt. Their response time is ultimately what led me to elect them for my plumbing repairs. Best of all, they send updates via text to confirm your appointment date and how far out they are before arrival. I also appreciate the fact they're a NH based business. See? I know...it makes no sense. Which is why the convenience of having dependable local businesses is so highly celebrated here in NH. And that's where Vitalii comes in. So, Vitalii is actually a man. One guy, that I know of...who has claimed a business here on Yelp in his own namesake. Turns out, he is Ukrainian, which is a bonus for those of us who want to show our support for Ukraine. Whilst English may not be his first language, that doesn't stop him from performing his tasks to the utmost professional level. You see, I have a gas dryer which I am in the process of replacing at the time of writing this review. Only problem is...the gas line running to the dryer must be disconnected before anyone can haul it away. Since a lot of places won't touch a gas line with a 40 foot pole without proper licensing and/or the temerity to license their own employees to do so, I had to once again scour the four corners of Yelp to locate someone that could. 10 minutes later (just as advertised), Vitalii responded to my query with a quickness that exceeds even that of The Flash's bombing at the box office (too soon?). His task was to disconnect the gas line from my broken-ass dryer and cap the open lines thereafter. He completed all of this within the same amount of time that it took to answer my query. AND....he was able to arrive on the same day of said request. It's worth mentioning that I had originally been given a much longer ETA (of about 2 weeks) from a competing company I normally do business with; hence my hasty search. Not to mention the 75 bucks I just saved going through a smaller repair shop. That's it! Job well done, in and out, just the way it should be. I have zero complaints about this guy. And I am giving Vitalii 5 very relieved households about to receive a brand new electric dryer out of 5!
