I love this Stuart store!!! the employees are super helpful and they really care about the patients needs. this is my "go to" store.

Great selection, good prices overall and frequent discounts! Overall satisfied with this place. You have to wait in a little waiting room before entering which isn't always ideal, but you can place an order online beforehand which is nice. I highly recommend the flower from Modern Flower. After making two calls with long wait times I finally got someone. She informed me they arbitrarily changed my delivery date to the 29th. It just happens to be needed medication. If I hadn't called Trulieve for an update I would never have known. I canceled the order and intend to never set foot in a Trulieve dispensary again!!! read more

At this location this happened: Patient next to me is talking to a budtender and I presume a manager who was standing behind them. Patient asks, "What's the 1:1 products?" Manager chimes in and says, "That's not as strong, if you're just trying to get lit then you want the high THC stuff." Trulies is a recreational dispensary putting on a medical facade. Don't give them your business. Their product is NOT consistent, their promotions and marketing is NOT consistent, the expectation when you walk in the store to pickup an online order is NOT reliable whatsoever. I have been using Trulieve for a couple years nowand I think they are the best in the industry. Their customer service is top notch and their product is the best quality in my opinion. I drive past four different dispensaries just to get to them. Yesterday I had a problem with one of my Tupods so I went to see Ryan Coles at Trulieve Stuart and within 10 minutes I was on my way no questions asked. Thank you keep up the great work!! read more

Finally after waiting the entire time, they couldn't fill half the order because they didn't have stock. Why couldn't they make pick up customers aware prior to waiting then? Timely notifications regarding delivery of the products. Constant text updates about your delivery and delivery time. Everything arrived on time as ordered by friendly, professional delivery staff. Website needs an update. Many items out of stock. They should put an expected date for those items or allow them to be put on hold, notifying you when they arrive. read more

This is my go to for my medical marijuana! They always have great daily deals and are reasonably priced especially given the quality of the products. They always have a huge selection of items and everyone is very knowledgeable especially Richard. I had a ton of questions and he was able to answer all of them and then some! They have done a very good job during the pandemic and I never have to wait longer then 10 minutes. I also recommend preordering online ahead of time. It's the way to go! read more

The funny thing about this place is that their product is actually really good but their customer service is worse than I can ever explain. Placed an order at 9:30am for pickup, don't hear from them until 6pm to pickup, and then they asked me to wait an hour and a half for my pickup when I arrived. I called three times today to check my order and they hung up on me each time. I'll never support this location or any Trulieve. I'd rather never use cannabis again. read more

Good prices, decent selection. Website could use some improvement with regards to what's actually in stock. The problem with trulieve is their wait times, sometimes the wait is as long as 45 mins to an hour after they send you the text saying your order is ready to be picked up. Be prepared to wait for a while if they're busy. read more

Ive been goin to trulieve since October 2020, and they are definitely one of the if not the WORST dispo in florida. The people that work there however are nothing but the best, always polite to you and never have an attitude. The company however is the worst. They started out having a large supply of goodies and had great prices. But over the past few months everything has gone downhill. They never have any products, they do have discounts but you have to camp out at the location the night before or else they will sell out because they never buy enough. The company truly is terrible they do not care about others only themselves and making money. If you are a big baller and want to spend 53$ on 3.5 grams than trulieve is for you. Id recommend going to liberty or surterra if you want to pay reasonable prices for products. read more

Not happy with this place. The last 3 times I've been here they have not one thing I order online that says in stock. Apon arrival I placed my order 2 hours prior get a confirmation number and all. Just to be told we don't have it. I've been to this place three times now and haven't been happy leaving. They need to get there online shit worked out. It pissed a lot of people off. And talking to people in the waiting room a lot of people are not happy about it either. There employees are very nice and helpful. There online job is trash. Disappointed every time I leave. Nice location but frequently out of stock in products. Phone number does not work. Be prepared to stay on hold for 30+ with no call back. Needs a better system for providing patients with their medicine and knowledge of when products are in stock. Will say online products are in stock and be out of stock in store. Would not recommend the cartridges, less then .05 g in each cartridge, cartridge only lasts for 2-3 days. Flower is good for mini and ground but would not pay regular price for their flower. read more
