AVOID THIS OFFICE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Rankin to receive professional guidance and treatment for symptoms I have been experiencing. It should also be noted that her clinic does not accept insurance so the initial consult is $200 that you have to pay prior to the virtual appointment. Our original consultation went really well. I discussed what was going on with me personally, and she seemed very receptive. She ended our appointment with an at home assignment for me to complete so she would be able to correctly diagnose and treat me appropriately. I emailed the assignment back within the following day or two and contacted the front desk via text (which is the only way to communicate with them) to confirm they received it. Dr. Rankin also requested that I get a EKG. I am currently in dental school so it's difficult for me to make appointments. I was finally able to complete that about two weeks after our appointment and again confirmed with the front desk that they have received it. One week goes by- no response. So I politely check in to see if there was any feedback with my diagnosis. She states that she will get back to me shortly. Another week goes by- no response back. I text back again to let them know i still have not heard anything. NO RESPONSE. I text again the following day- NO RESPONSE. I never heard from them again. So I spent $200 on a consult with Dr. Rankin and then followed her request for an EKG which was another $200 and never heard from Dr. Rankin or her office again. I tried to make another appointment online to speak with Dr. Rankin directly and they denied my request for an appointment. I'm not completely sure what went wrong or why she decided to ignore me after seeking her help. I was never rude or pushy. I honestly was at a loss for words on how I was treated. She made me feel like I wasn't worth her time and she didn't want to help me. Anyway- point being- if you want actual medical advice and treatment this is NOT the place. There are a lot of other great holistic and general practitioners in the area that communicate well and have your best interest at heart. Just look a little further than Dr. Rankin, do your research, and you'll end up right where you belong without wasting $200 on a useless appointment. read more

I have been going to Dr.Rankin since highschool. I love how smart Dr.Rankin is. I also love how personal with each patient she is. Her office is also very quick and on top of their medical marijuana patients. Aside from a few waits on a response for prescription scripts, they have all been wonderful! Dr. Rankin and her staff are outstanding. Takes a little while to get used to the texting customer service, but it does work quite efficiently. The staff respond right away to questions and requests. With a wide and deep, progressive knowledge base, Dr. Rankin is passionate about her role as a healer. It was fascinating honestly to hear her perceptive takes on how to address Mom's health issues, during our first appointment. We have found Dr. Lisa receptive to our perspectives, open minded, and generous on myriad levels. We've had only the one appointment so far, but she has helped us subsequently with numerous requests, such as CBD information and Xrays order The supplements Dr. Rankin prescribed are tailor made for Mom who has trouble swallowing pills. Dr. Lisa found 3 spray versions of vitamins, which makes mom's nutrition habits much easier to maintain. We are grateful to have found a doctor with such integrity. read more

Dr. Rankin has been my physician for a few years now. She also treats my brother who suffers from severe autism, GI issues, and a seizure disorder. She understands thoroughly how to help individuals with special needs and also is progressive with her views on medical marijuana. She was one of the first physicians to start prescribing medical cannabis in our area and also is one of the only family physicians dedicated to educating patients about the importance of gut health. She conducts her own research and seeks to find answers to help her patients. Best doctor I've ever had - intelligence, competence, and care. She is an internal medicine physician with more knowledge and attention to detail on my case than all my Mayo Clinic specialists combined. She gets to the root of the problem and spends the time you need, with some appointments over an hour and none less than 30 minutes, which is much more than any other doctor. She works overtime to find the underlying causes of illness instead of slapping a cop-out diagnosis, treating just the symptoms, or just referring to another doctor. Highly recommended if you are undiagnosed or have rare or chronic conditions. read more

I had high hopes! I've been under her care for a little over a year now and was patiently waiting for things to get better. She uses an online porthole for messaging, which I thought was cool, but she doesn't return messages for an unacceptable period of time. All while she is posting on social media about medical marijuana. It is especially concerning when you receive your test results from the lab and multiple levels are flagged, you get no phone call and no response when you request an interpretation. I received several referrals to specialists with the wrong diagnosis and prescriptions for labs that included tests for prostate levels, I am a woman. I made an appointment for followup with her NP and her NP was not even aware that I was an existing patient. I truly like Dr. Rankin, she takes her time with patients, is thorough and kind, her system leaves a lot to be desired and her staff is less than professional. I truly believe her focus is predominantly on her medical marijuana patients. read more

Dr. Rankin may be a good Doctor, but she uses Klara online which is horrible. I have been trying to see her, and the site has been unusable. The site will not open on my phone so I have enter all the http letters and numbers. It's almost impossible to speak with a person and once you get one she is unprofessional and speaks like a child. Klara has made just trying to get an appointment stressful as hell and the reason I needed the appointment was stress. So with all that is going on right now I went to my appointment only to find a sign saying they were only doing online appointment. I was asked to do that and when I said I don't have cameras and the site wont open on my phone I would like to keep my appointment the bimbo on the phone said nothing about the appointment I had being canceled. read more

Dr. Rankin is a good doctor, but if you go to her practice, you will always be seen by a nurse practitioner (many times one that is not knowledgable or very rude). They never get back to you with test results and when you leave messages for the nurse to return your call with results, she'll never call you back. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who is going to care about your health, who gives you and explains test results and doesn't see you as a number. read more

Dr. Rankin definitely saved my life. For years, I went from doctor to doctor only to be told my health problems were stress related. The first time Dr. Rankin saw me we ran some tests and found out I have lupus. Can't tell you how it feels to have a doctor believe you when you know something is wrong. wow. just got off the phone with . . . yadira? . . . this is the WRONG person to be returning patient calls. this person should not be working with the public, especially in a medical office. at the very beginning of the call i asked the staff to please slow down so i could understand the information being shared. i asked three times (within one minute) if we could slow down. no success. after repeating that i had responded to the automated text that is sent after one leaves a voice message (no one answers the phone here, all calls are responded to via a text reply) and had not heard from anyone in a week's time, i was told -- you were sent everything by text but i'll go over it again -- with a very unprofessional, non-compassionate, manner that felt like boredom. also, impolite. it's not interesting to work with medical staff who clearly have no concern nor understanding that potential patients are calling a medical office because something is not well in the caller's world. if this is the person who is assigned to make pt calls, this is clearly not the medical office for someone who is in need of professional support and care. I would highly recommend you go anywhere else but here. The girls at the front desk don't know what they are doing and are completely rude. I went there for a year to find out what was going on with me and was sent to have bloodwork done 4 times before they actually treated me for something. When the dr office got the results back they just sent a very poorly typed email stating what was high or low with no explanation or anything else. They didn't even request that i come back to be seen to go over lab work. I called several times with no answer or call back. Finally when i did get an answer they said i didn't need to come back in unless i wanted to.....hellooooo....i have been coming in for the last 6-8 months to get some answers!!! When you make an appt you rarely see the actual dr. There are sooo many complaints i have with this place it would take all day. I just suggest you don't go here!! read more

Don't waste your money! They totally overbook. You will wait forever to see the dr and you will get zero results. What a waste of money!

I was disturbed by the nurse practitioner not being very good, so I requested to be seen only by the doctor. Then after getting back test results that clearly show I have anemia, which I have had since I was a young child and was re-diagnosed with as an adult by my last doctor, was told by Dr. Rankin that I don't have. Upon further investigation on-line of my results from Quest Diagnostics, I do have it. My numbers were just normal on that day. I looked up all of those words that I didn't understand and can't pronounce. It stated that a high number indicates anemia. Ugh! I hate it when I find out that I am more of a doctor than my own doctor. Sucks because I thought she was good based on a friend's review and even had my TBI diagnosed son go to her. All she did for him was to take him off of all his medication, this should have alerted me to her getting her license out of a cracker-jack-box, but it didn't. My bad!
