I've been going to this dispensary since I got my original marijuana card. Has it gone down hill a bit, yes. It started off a little too bougie in my opinion. You will be paying slightly more for most products. However having tried pretty much every dispensary near me in Melbourne Fl. their products are a step above the competition. They really care about their patients and they all go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. Most of the products they offer are of a quality you just cant find at other dispensaries. Awful management skills. Every time I go here my order is not ready. Even though I receive a text saying it is. There's a wait time of at least 25 minutes. After placing the order online hours ahead of time and then going on the waitlist before arriving. "Last time I went, I placed my order in the morning at 9 am, waited until I received a text that my order of one eighth was ready at 3 pm. I get there to be told that they don't have an order for me and they don't understand how I got a text." Ridiculous. read more

I arrived at the Melbourne Trulieve today. I usually use Edgewater and have no problems there. I rate the Edgewater Trulieve five stars! So I am walking in and there is a Trulieve employee outside smoking a tobacco cigarette. I quit smoking Tobacco over twenty years ago and was very unhappy that , in spite of best efforts to avoid the smoke I inhaled part of her cigarette. So the experience began badly. I went in to pick up an order I had placed on the phone earlier in the day. While placing that order I was told the Melbourne location had what I wanted, except they had no pre-rolls. I said ok, since I was going to be in that area anyway I did want the pre-rolls though. Once I was in the back ready to pay for my order , I asked If I could add a couple of pre-rolls. I was told no , I had to go back to the end of the line. I fully explained the situation to the cashier and manager. If I had been correctly informed over the phone of the stores inventory, I would have just added the pre-rolls to my order then. Instead I sat back at the end of the line. I asked how long and was told at least 45 minutes, after having already waited 30 minutes. I thought it was disrespectful to me as a long time, Loyal Trulieve customer. It would have taken them only moments to add a couple of pre-rolls to my order. I ended up leaving with my original order and no pre-rolls. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist with products. Today I went to exchange a broken concentrate pen (their return policy is lifetime and cannot be beaten) and had to upgrade, as that pen was discontinued. I asked if they came in colors and the Manager took the time to go back and check the stock and came out with a rainbow pen, which he agreed to sell at the same price as the black pen. That's customer service! I find if you place the order online and confirm it's processing before you go to the store, you don't have issue. I have waited at times, but really no longer than 30 minutes when placing an online order in advance. Today I was in and out in 10 minutes with an unanticipated pen exchange. I went there for my first ever visit and then online order and absolutely every bad thing I read in a review or was told by existing/previous customers came true. They have extremely long wait times, online orders take days, no communication regarding out of stock items, no express line for pickups. They are the worst and my conversations with and reading of replies to bad reviews from corporate seem to indicate that they are aware of this being a problem location. I wonder if they will actually fix it in my life time or if they are ok with the level of business at the location. read more

The medicine is absolutely nothing special, and they process your buds before they sell it to you so you get minimal trichomes/kief. I had to order from another dispensary to remember what normal cannabis looks like aka. untouched cannabis. It's so much prettier and you get the full effect. You only get partial effect from Trulieve cannabis. They shouldn't have abused their patients by slighting them when they had their monopoly on Florida. Luckily for patients, they are now losing their grip on Florida patients because there are other options now. read more

Im visiting Melbourne for family from Miami and I had bought some chocolate. I ordered milk but they gave me dark and I didn't realize til I drove a little bit away. So I turned around and went back hoping I can get a quick exchange. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful but when she asked the manager/ host whatever he is If I can be helped he was super rude to her and didn't care that I was standing right there saying I have to wait 10+ minutes even though THEY made a mistake and didn't order check. They gave me a wrong pre roll also. Very disappointed with the manager/host guy and how he spoke to his coworker and how he talks in front of patients especially when trulieve is making the mistakes. Well trulieve made up for not having my confirmed order on deep sale products. i didn't have my phone and they had my product ready one day after the shortage. i didn't get the message. they still came thru with a discount. I am going to try and get some swag at the melbourne store. titusville store offered me swag but only had a size small jersey. it was nice of them to try and hook me up even though it wasn't where I bought it. great job. hoping for a hoodie since i have had three sales I missed out on because of mix up at the melbourne store. It gets one star and that star is for the product they provide. That is the only thing that is outstanding about Trulieve. If you want quality, this is where you go, but it's the worst customer experience ever. You will wait a long time, they will mess up orders, they never have what you want in stock. Even if you order delivery and schedule for the next day, you'll probably wait about 5-6 days before they figure out what you ordered. You must have severe patience to go here. They need to hook up with Chick Fil A and see how Chick Fil A is the number one customer service with tons of customers being pumped out left and right. read more

The Trulieve Melbourne location is understaffed and poorly managed. I went there on 11/25/19 at approximately 11:30 am. I was told there would be a 45 minute wait. Others left instead of waiting but I stayed because I was not in a rush. Slowly the waiting room emptied of people there before me as new customers continued to arrive. Then several of these new walk-ins, whom I watched come in, went ahead of me. They were walking in and being called within 5 minutes and there I was still waiting. I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, a man and a woman, then later to the manager. They offered no explanation and treated me poorly for telling them of their unprofessional acceptance of patients in no particular order. I have spent close to $1000.00 at this location but will not be returning. If you go there be prepared to wait a long time to then be treated like sh**. read more

This is my main store, I stop by about once a week, and I've never had a bad experience. Only thing to complain about is 45min to 1 hour wait times on certain days. read more
