GM Terrell is awful at customer service. Went in to grab some things, what I chose was shown online as part of a sale but wasn't included when I came in, I was fine changing over my product but Terrell kept asking me what I want or prefer but DID NOT mention that he was planning to honor the sale before asking. I said I'm not picky, I'll choose what's part of the sale I need to get out of here quickly and I only brought what I expected to pay. And of course he has to catch an attitude and go "Well I WAS gonna give her the sale but....yeah". That's no way to treat your patients. If I were at my job and treated ANY customer this way (I'm also in store management) I would be out of a job. This man has been a repeat problem simply because he can't control his attitude or ego. I have been to several Trulieve dispensaries in a 50 mile radius and by far Edgewater has been the worst. Severe staffing issues causing long wait times , online orders not being processed timely, and forget about online check-in as it means nothing at this store. No educational materials for new clients. They should be honest with pricing on their website ( reg price 80, now 40...been 40 for years.) Instead of giving you the illusion that you're getting a deal. Come on Edgewater you can do better, get some staff! read more

Low product - never promoted items. Slow service. Two of the times I went, was bypassed by others. All younger than my 74 years. Staff NOT friendly nor helpful. I would not recommend this dispensary. If you come here you will have at least a 30 minute wait almost every time.... Their website is hardly ever updated so whatever you were looking at on their website, will not be in the store when you get here.... They have about 12 registers inside and refused to have more than three employees in the store at all times... their selection is garbage compared to all other dispensaries locally... their wait time is beyond ridiculous and the employee turnover is weekly. It seems so nobody ever has knowledge because they're all new. Save your money and time and go somewhere else read more

Great, very professional and informative staff at this dispensary. I've been going here for two years and never had any problems with my orders. Every question I've ever had was always answered. I cannot say enough to praise Trulieve at Edgewater. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The prices are competitive and fair and most importantly the products are fresh quality products and they do a good job of providing the medically best and newest of strains in the market. It's sad to see a previous comment from a frustrated patron and although I can understand his impetuous opinion, one should also appreciate that no one can predict the volume of shoppers nor can anyone foretell when a product runs out. In my humble opinion I wish he would re-consider, give these guys another chance and delete the post. Posts like these which are not major complaints just do vindictive harm for no reason or for a reason not really merited. One last suggestion. Trulieve should find new headquarters. The building is really not in a good place nor is it conducive to a serious operation. Actually, I suggest Daytona Beach as a better option. Anyway, great company, great discounts and great products.
