We are under tropical storm warnings, and Im new to the area. The first dispensary was closed due to the weather that had yet to arrive. Luckily just down the street, was trulieve. It was busy, but thats to be expected. Lots of anxiety and we need our meds. I waited about 7 minutes, but it was not a bad wait. The room was comfortable, with plenty of open seating. When i was called in, I got to go see Heather, who was one of the most informed budtenders that I've ever met. She went thru my choices and showed me their terpine profile and all that gas. She was knowledgeable and super friendly. I made my purchase and felt valued by Heather read more

This is the least accommodating and least friendly of the three dispensaries in the Crystal River area. It is difficult to determine pricing. I have discontinued using them. read more

Trulieve in Crystal River is always prompt and very professional. I will be referring all my friends to Trulieve. Thanks for everything David K. read more

Just went to pick up my order with a StoreWide sale! Waited an hr to find out the items I purchased are not in the storewide sale. THATS NOT A STOREWIDE SALE!!! Trulieve, what's with the tricks? You are the only Medical Marijuana dispensary that does this consistently. read more

Fuck this place.. close at 8:30 but still can order at 8:29 drive all the way there and they dont serve fuck trulieve buy off the street

Never order online it is ridiculous, store employees act like they are doing the customers a favor. Always a long wait parking is a nightmare. Sorry I travel out of town as much as possible for curaleaf better customer service and discounts. We need one in Crystal Rive as I assume this truleaf will never get better. Young people with attitudes. read more

Tried to pick up order X2 today. It was rather disorganized and staff were lacking. Additionally, sale price on web page disappeared at checkout. I did not feel like arguing with anyone over this, so left the building without my order. A bit of a bummer! read more

They consistently have wait times over An hour due to no staff.. I don't know why, but even if you do express they filter you through the wait line instead of using the express checkout room. Staffing?? The website is never accurate, and you go to pick up and they're out of what you ordered online and sat and waited for nothing. This is over a year... not an isolated incident.... read more

Well-informed and very friendly staff Very clean will visit again. Very good inventory Thank you very much. read more

Well it was so bad there I don't go any more. Service was the worst, and to get delivery well 2 of 6 orders came I did get not even get a excuse or any notice what happened so my rating is a .9 almost a 1. And long wait in store 30 min. Which is 20 min. to many. Flowery and rise is super. read more

This place is so badly managed. The wait times are extensive because "nobody wants to work and we are under staffed". The company offers an Express pickup that isn't efficient. The staff seems over high and in no way going to pretend they are at work and be proficient. The tenders in the back are not educated well enough in their product. The management is rude when you try to explain the garbage service they are "managing". They just don't care. The sound system in the lobby is awful and loud. Staff so stoned they don't even notice everyone is yelling to be heard. Junk. read more

Wait time is horrible. Even compared to other trulieve locations. I've set here now for an hour to make a simple pickup. If a growhealthy or Muv moves to this town, I can see this location closing soon. I got forgot about setting in the lobby. After an hour and a half and watching others go in after I arrived, I canceled my order. Will not be going back to that location ever!!! read more

The product is good 70% of the time but lately the security door that separates the main buying floor from the wait room has been propped wide open the 4 times I've been in this past month. I don't know if its a staffing problem or AC issue but I have seen tweaking crazy people try to break down those thick heavy doors. Or try to sneak there way back to jump the counters screaming, yelling, and physically threatening for weed because they didn't have enough in their prescription. Do you want random people to have easy access to those kind of "products". You already got rid of your daily security officers the least you can do is keep the security door closed during business hours. Do better. The old management were thieves but at least they considered patient safety and privacy. read more

This place is a joke!!! don't bother ordering online cause it's pointless,, youll still wait over an hour and then they will bump u from the list when they tell u 30 min and u come back in 10 and said they would call your phone if u get called,,, I will never give crystal river trulieve my business again,,, always some bs !!!! 0 f**cking stars,,, don't waste your time with this headache read more

I really enjoy coming into this location. All the staff are really nice and polite. Especially Breanna Anderson...She is very sweet and always says hello to me and asks is there anything she can do for me even if she isn't the one that is waiting on me. I give her 5 stars because she deserves them. Kim Chapman read more

I want to thank Alex for helping me today. If it wasn't for Alex's help I wouldn't have my medicine to help my medical issues. He is truly a blessing to the Trulieve team. He cares about the patients. read more

This is my new go to store! Professional service and quality products! What more could I say lol.
