I've been twice since seeing Dr Haines and both times highly disappointed. This past time I told them I was suffering from severe sleep apnea as in I don't sleep but 1-2 hours a night and feel like I'm suffocating. The nurse didn't even set up the appointment for a sleep study in over a week. I called asking about it and told them my issues. They told me "well you know a sleep study isn't going to fix it there are more steps to take" ,Yes I am aware but I just told both of you my level of suffering and do you think NOT scheduling a sleep study for more than a week is helping or prolonging my suffering?? These people do not care. They just want to keep you going to more and more appointments to drain your insurance company regardless of how you are. This is not to mention my first time seeing someone other than Dr Haines. It wasn't any better.

I have never found him unpleasant. I don't know about bedside manner, I'm not looking for a new BFF. I'm looking for relief from my back pain and Dr. Workman gives me that. In my initial visit, Dr Workman was so thorough in his assessment of my issues, I have not had any questions. However, I feel confident that if I had questions, he would take the time to explain till I understood. I find Dr Workman totally professional and worthy of hero status.
