I pulled up and utilized the drive thru. Pulled up to the drive up ATM and started my transaction. The ATM had the tap feature...that didn't work. I had to insert my card and go through the motions. Enter my pin, tap on the screen a few times, and then I'm at a standstill. It appears now, that if you don't have an account with PNC, you can't make deposits now. Or, at least at this branch. It shouldn't matter what bank you have, you should be able to make a deposit anywhere. Money is money and I am sure it is easy to transfer funds. But I was frustrated at this point and canceled my transaction and drove off to find a place that will allow a deposit.

Your tellers are standing there doing nothing and you're going to complain about them having to count 50 rolls of coins?! Then when I go to the counter to ask for the rolls, the lady tells me I am going to have to come back if I need more after I specifically told her how many rolls I needed. I said why would I come back for more roles when I know exactly how many I need? She said well we can't get them to you because we have businesses that need them. I said I am a business. She had no answer. I will take my money and my business to another bank and I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
