Our loan officer Austin was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was very easy with minimal paperwork and totally hassle free unlike a loan with a bank. They are not crazy busy like the big-name banks on BB Downs, another plus. I'm very happy we chose them and will be banking with them in the future.

The customer service was absolutely horrendous. A friend recommended Safeguard Insurance on US Hwy 19 in Port Richey. I called, the receptionist took some information and told me an agent would call. After dealing with the OTHER company, I thought "great another never return call that will never come." BUT I was so wrong and so happy when Agent Sandy Baker called me. We talked, I sent her information she needed and received a quote the next day. I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past but SANDY made me a believer again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BAD PEOPLE WITH NO COMMON SENSE!…read more Would you do business with a company that wouldn't let you take 7" from the tip of a tree branch on their grounds? (I do Bonsai). To me, it is a clear indication that at least the manager of the Weasley Chapel branch is a bad person. And worse: HAS NO COMMON SENSE, I'll explain... I don't do business with bad people and some of them are quick to show their real selves, like in this case. I cannot think of a single reason for that denial, but the twisted pleasure of the denial itself. The manager feeling very important in his cubicle did not even bother to raise his head or ask any questions, or at least to give me any excuse as a simple matter of courtesy. Maybe he doesn't like a well-dressed smiling, white, 70-year-old man walking into "his" lobby for other reasons than bringing money? God knows! I had 6 huge Flamboyant trees in front of my house that I planted myself in Largo, it would never cross my mind to deny anybody a cutting of those trees, and God knows I missed them. Would you trust someone with that attitude for advice, with no common sense, and prone to random acts of wickedness? Individuals like him don't do anything for anybody unless they can take a good chunk in exchange for it. That simple act speaks loudly of him as a person and the company he works for. If I were the CEO of Grow Financial I would fire that manager immediately: first for being a bad person and second: those 7" already cost the company one prospective client, me, and God knows how many others. They can just multiply their ACT -average client transaction- for just 2 lost clients and they will find out the cost of that 7" tree branch... the most expensive 7" ever! and another one-star review the company doesn't need. Don't put your money in the hands of bad people with NO COMMON SENSE!

July 11, 2023 Newest experience: You will NOT believe this,…read morebut Roy Hooker IV's associate Serena actually went in on a Sunday to submit our policy application to Citizens for Property Insurance coverage at our rental. The reason we were rushing at the last minute was because our previous agency let us down. I received a renewal of more than double from the carrier who bought out the one we were with and called to tell that other agency that we were not accepting their renewal offer and requested they shop it among other carriers, to which the agent replied, "Oh, we've got plenty of time for that!" And I replied, "No, not really. I would prefer not to wait until the last minute." Well, they waited until the last minute and maybe thought I would just accept it, I don't know, but I quickly called my State Farm agent Roy Hooker's office and spoke with Serena about seeing what she could come up with. She jumped right on it and got me coverage with Citizens for even slightly less than it was the previous year! Instead of $3200, she was able to secure coverage for $1,500. But here's the even more impressive part: SHE WENT IN TO THE OFFICE ON A SUNDAY to bind the coverage for us before the policy was set to expire Monday morning at 10:00 a.m.! Who does that??? I've worked in the insurance industry for brokers and agencies. I've purchased renters, homeowners, and property insurance for 36+ years. I have NEVER had an agency go to such measures for us. And...last month 6/04/23 State Farm and Roy's staff handled the severe hailstorm damage by helping us file a claim using our Homeowner's policy to get everything replaced or repaired including damage to all 4 of our cars. It could not have been easier! all the way! Like a good neighbor State Farm was there! Again and again!
