I have been a long-time customer of Chase. I was with Washington Mutual when Chase acquired Washington Mutual and just stayed with Chase. I travel a lot for work and have stopped at countless Chase locations. I have never had a negative experience and I can say that my experience at this particular Chase was an overall positive experience. Parking was not an issue and the staff here were friendly and professional. The bank itself has a pleasant ambiance and only added to my overall experience. I will give this particular Chase location five stars and it definitely earned my recommendation. As I said, I am a long-time client of Chase and overall, I have never had an issue with this financial institution.

I come here for printed checks since I don't buy checks anymore. It's $2 for one or for a whole page so you might as well get the whole page. There are 3 on a page. They called me to let me know that I had no beneficiaries on my account. I had no idea! So I went in to fix that. I didn't have an appointment but they took care of me within minutes. I was impressed. Otherwise, the chase app has a way to deposit checks and transfer money, so I don't have to go to the branch often. But they're here and they're friendly if I ever do need something.

Unfortunately, I was missing one of the documents they wanted. Even if you have all the documents with you the process can take 30 min to 2 1/2 hours before you hear back regarding whether or not they will provide you a medallion stamp guarantee. The process goes to a department outside the branch. In comparison I went to my other bank which happens to be a credit union and got a medallion stamp within 15 min.
