Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have been provided with conflicting information and missed deadlines regarding the arrival of a replacement card. Most recently, I was promised a tracking number by a specific date and time via the supervisor Angela, which was not provided. This lack of transparency has made it impossible to manage my personal finances. I have already escalated this matter to the NCUA and the CFPB because the internal resolution process at the branch level has proven ineffective. I am sharing this experience so other members are aware of these significant service and communication failures. I hope that by documenting this publicly, the credit union will finally prioritize resolving this issue.

It is the only location I have ever had a problem depositing money without an ID. Every other location doesn't require this, but for some reason this one does. I called customer service after leaving and they confirmed with me that it is not required, but preferred. Upon telling the manager that she told me that the information I got from customer service was incorrect. So I can't put in $50 without an ID, but I can withdraw $50 without an ID. That is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. On top of them quote "following the rules" they are also extremely rude. I will never go to this location ever again and I'm actually closing all of my accounts. Thanks for nothing Virginia credit union!

She was friendly. Masks are recommended but not required. Small location as most Navy Federal locations are. Located in a shopping plaza across the street from South Park Mall. Easy access to I-95 and I-295. This location isn't far from Fort Lee. The only con was that the sheriff's deputy or police officer that was supposed to be standing guard was seated and watching a show on his phone. He even had a stand around his neck to hold the phone in place while watching the show. One can NOT stand guard paying attention to their surroundings when watch shows, reading content online, etc. Just saying.

The only drawback is that they are often *very* busy being the only branch location adjacent to Fort Lee. I also wish they participated in share branching. They also have branches in other locations I tend to frequent in my travels, such as Saratoga Springs. Yey for me. They are quick to spot any potential fraudulent activity and call and they have been super helpful in resolving issues over the phone. Their customer service is twenty four seven and their call centers are HERE, in the United States, not The Philippines, India, etc. They may have accents and they may think I have an accent but they are empowered to help address problems and they understand how we communicate. They do not feel me to death with stupid charges--heck, they even refund many of my atm fees. I am told their home loan rates are among the very best but they are slow. I am very pleased with NAVY FCU.
