However the ATM was malfunctioning, and they knew it for days. They should have directed ppl to the other 2 supposedly operating ATMs, until GBC employees etc ensured the malfunctioning one was fixed. This created a HUGE problem as an international traveler, it is nearly impossible to fix losing several hundred dollars not dispensed by GBC ATM. I went to GBC to support them, as a Georgian, but will not make that mistake again ! I would like to give a 1 star for this level of public disregard.

From day one, FNB has been nothing but hassles. I regularly have declined transactions (both at home and abroad) for not notifying them about where I would be. They required credit checks for checking accounts. Refused to allow large transactions to go through even after calling them ahead of time. Now I am stuck in California unable to withdraw $200 from an account that has thousands in it, and the people on the phone say they are near closing time and can't help.

These were fraudulent transactions. I was never notified of these transactions. I opened the accounts to save money so I had know reason to check them. Well Apparently my grandson notified the bank of fraudulent transactions that was on his account when he wanted to remove money for a Lyft. My grandson stated that he spoke with a gentleman who credited his account with $20. Apparently this is the only bank in the world that does not insert a note or message into the customer's account. Not only that, the branch manager accused me and my grandson of running a scam without any type of investigation. I requested that they open up an investigation and they declined stating that I had 60 days from the date of the transactions to request an investigation. I was never notified of the transactions going on with his account which my name is attached to as well. The scammers have requested the money back from the original transactions that happened in October. The bank is saying I have to pay the money back. They did not investigate at all!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. THEY BELIEVE THE SCAMMERS WITHOUT INVESTIGATE AND DISCUSSING IT WITH THE CUSTOMERS!!!

My entire family uses this bank and so have I for almost five years now and it just seems like…read moreproblem after problem. I trusted this bank to protect my money and they have not done that. I have had money taken from my account from a random check written by the fire fighters pension fund for almost $500 and the bank would not help me until my mom came to the bank even though they were in the wrong the whole time. More recently, last night, I was traveling home across states after just getting off from work and I needed gas. I have the secure swipe on my card as recommended by the bank and last night I could not access my money because of this. My app would not load and continued to say system failure for hours. They do not have a 24/7 support option for secure swipe. I was stranded at a gas station in a state where I knew nobody with no way to access my money. I searched the website for a solution and it was recommended to go to the app (which wasn't working). This was a terrible experience and I was scared of not being able to get home. I am sad that I have to get a new bank because I would love to stay with my local small town bank but it is unacceptable to have no way to access money that is mine.
