I then interjected stating I am not saying I don't understand the letter and all, just was "BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT I HAVE THIS FORM". Diego then replies "AND I AM BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION IT STATES WE NEED THE DEATH CERTIFICATE" ... I immediately pulled back and say nothing further to him because for whatever reason his dialogue was pretty offensive especially during this tough and touchy time of the passing of my father. I want to bring awareness to humans that we should just do better in how we communicate and look at ourselves, how it can come across from the outside looking in. My response personally would of been some dialogue along this " I understand (which creates the empathy from the person to cx) that you have that document, however the company guidelines are requiring the deaths certificate be provided, no alternative form can override this (bring awareness that this is not your policy but the companies and supports your position from the perspective of legalities)....
