I was behind in my bill and called in to cancel my service because I had no idea what else to do, plus I have services in collection. I was sure my time was up. The lady helping me noticed I'd been a customer for a while. I've been very pleased with the service your company offers and like I say I thought my time was up. The rep helping me politely put me on hold and then came back with a miracle. She offered to wipe out half of what I owed which made things shift from cancelation to a manageable amount. Only once in my life have I ever been treated with such kindness. Shortly after my return my being medivaced from Iraq we needed the service of a plumber. He showed up and over heard my wife n I talking about my tour in Iraq and what caused my return. As I was going to pay hextra shasked my hand and thanked me for my service and then left. It brought me to tears as no one had ever shown me such respect and gratitude. I felt exactly like that after the lady helped me with my bill. I was so very grateful. I have been impressed with my experience from TruGreen. From the initial online inquiry to a representative actually coming to my residence to discuss services & to the branch manager actually following up with me. I like the feature of a 24 hour courtesy call prior to service and we are very impressed with our technician who handles our lawn. Although very early into our annual service agreement we can already see results and are excited about future treatments to our lawn. I had a specific concern about my lawn that I was able to speak directly to the specialist about. As such he was able to tailor by service to address my concern. This worked out good because we were able to communicate.In the past I have not always found this possible. It is very difficult to talk with anyone and almost impossible to timely speak with the specialist who is performing my service. read more

I appreciate the job your employees do, esp. "Frank" and his courteous behavior around me. He knows the special attachment I have for a special Maple tree in my backyard, and does a wonderful job keeping it healthy.
