I was with my wife and she felt her lack of customer service too and she is such a forgiving person. This is my local Nirala but the next time I will go in there I will make sure that I am served my a male operative or not at all! Beware of this amateur and for goodness sake teach her some customer service and hospitality skills please.

And not just the lady but even the shopkeeper started shouting at me.according to the lady, she had gone out for just 5 mins.now how on earth am I supposed to know that. I didn't mind that lady being obnoxious but what really left me irritated and vexed that the shopkeeper was literally shouting at me at the top of this voice. I don't even understand how these people get licence to run such shops. Honestly I am still shaken for the kind of attitude I just witnessed. I run an office and often get sweets for colleagues. Price's are fair, snacks are also served and these are not the best in my opinion, and often taste as though they have been there for days and look old. The sweets on the other hand are fab, fattening if you have a lot so stick to a minimum and they are a treat.

However, some of their food is very nice but this depends on what you like and your tastes and flavours that you like. The interior of this shop is very inviting and the pink and blue board means you won't miss it when looking for it. It is located on the corner of a side road in Green Street. They mostly sell Bangladeshi sweets and mithai. A place to go if you want a change of flavour and would like to taste Indian sweets.
