I was with my wife and she felt her lack of customer service too and she is such a forgiving person. This is my local Nirala but the next time I will go in there I will make sure that I am served my a male operative or not at all! What kind of food do you want? I answered (in Hindi).. "yaar kabab khila dey please. Bohot mood hai" -- Translates to.. "dude, feed me some kababs, in mood for it".. His answer was..
