I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

I have more work, not less, to do now that they are gone. Yes, they "cleaned" my blinds, most of them had been hung in Oct when I had the windows cleaned so they are not that dirty! Cleaning the blinds meant they sprayed water on the blinds destroying my clean windows behind the blinds. Making me hire help to rewash windows is not helpful. I had cleaned most of the kitchen when they arrived. I recleaned countertops with after they cleaned. The kitchen mat was not cleaned. The toaster that I had polished, was now streaked, as were the stainless steel appliances. They used water to clean my laminate floors. They left it standing to dry. There is still grime in the soap dish in the shower stall and the tiles in both bathrooms were smeared rather than shining as they should when cleaned. The chrome was not polished. No trash bags in the trash cans. I am a minimalist so there is not much to dust. They began with four mask- less women showing up to clean. Then two more mask-less women showed up. As has happened in the past, they decided to use my home to train others, without consulting me. The carpets were all tracked, looking as though they had not been vaccummed. It is definitely not a professional job. I had to dust in two of the rooms that were clearly missed. I am a minimalist so there was not much to dust. I cleaned the bathrooms, moped floors and vacuumed again. I have window cleaners coming next week to reclean that mess. I cannot recommend this business. Save you money unless your standard is really low.
