So, I emailed Russ on a Friday evening and he was calling me by 9:15am on Saturday. Russ truly loves what he does and was fantastic with making sure my pets were safe from the chemicals. He offered to come back out within the month if needed at no cost. Derek arrived the same day I called and inspected our property to discover several entry points for rodents and exactly where they were residing. After his inspection he outlined the plan of action, some options for clean up, and the time line for all. He was extremely respectful of our property, highly professional and personable. And most importantly, he took care of our pest problem and their work is guaranteed for three years. Highly recommend.

It's rare to find a company that provides exceptional service and is so easy to work with that the burden of fixing the problem is entirely off your shoulders (minus the cost), but that's The Rodent Pros. I cannot recommend them enough. Derek was phenomenal from start to finish. He came out within 24 hours of me contacting his company, and gave me the most competitive quote out of the 5 companies I reached out to. His service was outstanding-- he went above and beyond, and was highly reliable and professional. He had to come out a LOT during the exclusion process to check on traps etc., and always came when he said he would. He spent tons of time making sure our concerns were answered, and put a lot of pride into his work. He sent us before / after pictures throughout the entire process and took care to make sure the exclusion work was not only airtight, but also subtle-- not ugly or jarring to look at. Also, no company came even close to their 3 year guarantee. I'm so, so glad we chose them to do exclusion work on our home.

They came and treated my outdoors area and we still saw ants a few days later. They came promptly the next day to treat again. Sadly, I still found ants outdoors. They are coming out again tomorrow to treat the yard again. Hopefully this will be the last time and ants will be destroyed outdoors in my yard. On a positive note. They answer their phones all the time, respond promptly and do as they say. Maybe this is just beginner bad luck. But overall will give them a try due to the quick responsiveness
