The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

I went in for a small chip and ended up with $4000 damage they don't want to address due to their negligence. The damage even happened while I was there waiting for the car. They claim to be a paint and body shop and I ended up with paint damage to areas due to overspray as well as buffed off paint off my car from their negligence. I had a ceramic coat that is now completely dusted with over spray and areas of rear grill and plastics that was over sprayed with paint. They are not accountable for their mistakes. Seems like no body shop wanted to deal with an older vehicle, and many didn't want to deal with anything at all that wasn't an insurance claim. I was quoted "well over" $12,000 by one of the few shops that even give me a price. Lucky's did amazing work on my old warhorse. I would recommend them to anyone with an older or unique vehicle. They did absolutely outstanding work on both the paint and bodywork. If I ever need anything done again, I'm going back there first. Word of warning, though: be prepared to deal exclusively in cash. Not a huge deal, but good to know ahead of time!
