Marieste Emura with Keller Williams in Sarasota had sold several houses in our neighborhood in Center Gate. She would occasionally knock on our door and introduce herself in case we were interested in listing our home. She wasn't pushy just very friendly. When we did decide to list we had spoke with several agents, Marieste seemed more concerned with what we wanted instead of selling a home quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. She was happy to go along with our higher than market starting price. Because my wife was protective of her home Marieste suggested we just start with three days of realtor guided appointments. She really got the word out, had incredible photos taken and scheduled appointments one after the other.
