They have a ring camera (completely understandable/standard) however they were messaging use almost seconds after walking by/opening the door, etc. as if someone was sitting watching the camera at all times. TOTAL invasion on privacy. I couldnt even enjoy the stay after that because I felt like we were constantly being watched both when outside and inside the home. Secondly, upon arriving we were not sent a code even though check in time passed and no cleaning crew was present. The back door to the home was WIDE OPEN. Not unlocked, or cracked. WIDE OPEN. I felt completely unsafe even staying in the home after that and when I asked for a refund we were told "per your 9 page rental agreement you will lose your deposit. Didnt anyone teach you to read these things" These is no more than money hungry people pushing there 4/5 rental properties hiding under a company name.

We would use RCM again if needed, and highly recommend them.
