I sent a message and scheduled service only a couple days later. He did a wonderful job! The screens and windows looked flawless. The man quoted me $300 over the phone to do my windows. He cleaned the window and then presented me with a bill for $375 !! He said there were more windows than I told him over the phone. It was his responsibility to make me aware of this prior to doing the job. If he would have told me this BEFORE he did the windows I would have said ok. But he did not. He just did the job and gave me a higher bill without giving me san opportunity to make an informed decision. This is bad business no matter how you look at it and it is also illegal in California to increase the price of a job without the prior consent of the customer. He also could have done the job and said he would have to charge me more next time because there were more windows. I would have been ok with that too. I would also like to point out that 8 of the additional windows were tiny 7"x7" windows. I told him how I felt about the way he handled the transaction and he just stood there waiting for his check. This company gets Zero stars and I would not recommend them to anyone due to their lack of integrity (they state on their website they are a company of high integrity and professionalism) Hsfd they been a company of integrity I would have been a long time customer.
