Great place to enjoy with family, friends, or coworkers. Plan ahead and you could score great group rates too.

Excellent field, excellent service and very fair pricing! Have not enjoyed paintball like this…read moresince I played at SC village in CA 15 years ago! Recently had a party of 10 guys in their 30s that did not always act their ages but none the less the owner was very fair, very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our group had a great experience. The field is Family owned and Family run, and you really feel welcomed there. The equipment was great. They have huge fields and when we told the owners what we were looking for in a game they would choose a game that matched our description. If you are looking for paintball in Idaho/Boise area they are well worth the visit.

It's right next to the freeway so it's extremely loud and constantly noisy. Do not expect a pristine place where you could come and sit and have a picnic. This is for all intents and purposes a Battle planning facility. Gravel everywhere, pallets, stacked, blocks and block buildings. Cool. When you arrive you will receive a briefing via video, complete with safety rules, and the do and do not rules. You will then receive information on how to wear the gear, and when you can take it off and so forth. Followed by a fitting with your gun and other stuff. They will show you how to fill the air tank, which you will need to do between each round, and you should also buy extra paintballs. I bought an extra 2000 and I think they are about 17 bucks for that box. You cannot pick the balls up off the ground because it will jam up the guns. When you are finished receiving your briefings, one of the staff members will come out with you and divide you up in the teams of red and blue and take you to a game play zone where they'll explain different games. The only downside right now, besides the fly swarms, to this place is all of the construction nearby making an on-time arrival impossible if you leave the normal time. The best route here is from the Boise direction on 84, or from Star area, then go south on Karcher until you get to Caldwell Boulevard. Turn right on Karcher and follow it all the way down until you run into Ustick. Make a right turn and go back over 84 and it's on your right side, then turn right into the driveway. If you come down, Aviation way, and dead end into Ustick, it's straightahead and slightly left and you'll see it. The signage is very poor right now. The boys are out there now and they're having a blast. Price is very reasonable for the amount of fun to be had.

I decided to grab 2 pairs of hiking shoes as well since I wasnt sure how long the crisis was going to last, I had a camping trip planned mid June and I didnt want to venture out shopping later with the crowds if I could help it. I asked the cashier the return policy, she said they wouldn't he taking returns until after 5/31, I could return any of my unworn, unused merchandise. I also grabbed 1 sports bra and tank top. when I went home I wore the cheaper hiking pair around the house and they felt too tight. I put them back in the box with the receipt to hang on until May to return and decided to keep the clothing and more expensive pair of shoes. I never tried on the other hiking shoes again or took them outside. the box stayed in my closet. Here I am 6/4, receipt in hand and went to return them for a small 24$ refund- mind you I kept a 89$ pair of shoes and clothing- the girl at the register inspects the box and calls for her manager. They inspect my receipt, which has no timeframes or restrictions and ask me what's wrong with the shoes? To which I answer, truly nothing other than they were a little tight, I kept the other pair- the manager tells me he cant accept my return, they can only take return merchandise that can be RESOLD.. I let him know when I bought them almost 3 months ago the store associate told me they would take them as long as they were unworn and in the box! and my shoes cant be returned because they dont carry them now which is definitely not my fault as the consumer. He then throws them back in the box and says we will do it this one time and walks away leaving the poor cashier to awkwardly hand me my cash refund which before I would have taken store credit. I simply didnt want the shoes. after being treated so poorly I wont bother spending anymore time or money here.

Never again. I've…read moresold several items at the new East Boise Play it Again store since they opened earlier this year. I expect to get less than if I was making a private sale. Much less. But I do expect employee competence, respect, and professionalism. So far, the employees there have showed me just that. Today was the last visit I will make either to buy or sell at the East Boise store. I believe the employee who created my offer (tall blonde guy) was formerly at the Fairview store, which alienated me for different reasons a few years back (employee professionalism). That's how i remembered him, and why I considered leaving when i saw him. He suggested I look around the store while he looked over my equipment. I had a new Helly Hanson gym bag (current retail $75), an unused Rossignol backcountry ski pack (current retail $180), and an older used Wilderness Experience backpack (price unknown). I also had a used softball which, I was told by an employee before the store officially opened, would fetch $1 each. That employee even saw this same softball. The blonde guy was away from the desk, and another employee told me about my offer of $15.50--$5 each for the backpacks and gym bag, and 50 cents for the softball. When he told me the offer was 15.50, I asked "for which bag?" I could tell he was reticent to tell me it was for all four items together. The blonde employee clearly did not do his job by simply counting the number of items and stiffing me as if I was desperate for a measly amount of cash. To not differentiate between three very different pieces of equipment, and then to even offer 50 cents less for the softball was more than insulting. It was unsatisfactory work. I strongly encourage the franchise owners to support the employees who have been there, and to not employ that blonde guy I worked with today, even as a temporary. He is a disaster. In the meantime, I am heading off to an independently owned shop that pays fairly for used equipment. It's not located as conveniently as this East Boise store, but being treated respectfully and fairly is worth far, far more than a location.

Fun store for affordable sports equipment, and their service shop is awesome. I've had skis tuned…read moreand a bike fixed with great results and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!
