I emailed a question 6 weeks ago regarding my dues through the portal. In 6 weeks I have had 7 different people send me a generic response but not one has actually answered my question. Its actually become somewhat entertaining that these people are that ignorant, somewhat sad as well. Its horrible management and horrible communication. They will be the reason I move. Sad.
