They're total pros and were able to help me with a somewhat complicated sale of my home (I live out out state, had repairs underway that required coordination, etc.). Best Agent in Buffalo!…read more John and his team member Lori Severson helped us sell 2 homes and purchase a third. Both sales were extremely competitively priced and each sold in a little over a week! When our purchase closing was delayed a day (an issue that was %100 NOT his team's fault) they went above and beyond to help. They made several phone calls to help calm us down, paid for a hotel room for the night, let us borrow a trailer for a few items and then eventually showed up at the closing with a small gift! Truly exceptional service!

Clint Kuipers is the best realtor in the state, and I'll tell you why - it took us two years to…read morefinally find the right house for us. In all that time, not only was he extremely patient with us, running around to all the showings we requested, but he was supportive and protective of us as well. He listened to us, got to know us as people, understood not only our style preferences but our functional needs as well, and he'd give us honest and insightful feedback. Not once were we ever pressured to make an offer. He's not the type who is in it for the sale; spend some time with him and you'll see that he truly cares about helping people find the right home. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do, and Clint is passionate about real estate - not just as a commodity, but he knows that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make in their lifetimes, and he takes that responsibility very seriously while still making the process feel fun. I'm a real estate photographer so I've worked with hundreds of different agents, but there's a reason why I chose Clint to be our realtor. He really is the best at what he does, and I'm so grateful that he found us our forever home. Clint Kuipers is a genuinely good person and an incredible agent, and I can't recommend him enough.

The first, my mother-in-law's Elk River townhome, was listed by The Bandimere Team and sold almost immediately for slightly more than asking price. The second, my father's Woodbury townhome, required some additional maintenance prior to sale, which Rick took care of with no complaint. Again, The Bandimere Team listed and sold the townhome almost immediately and, again, for slightly more than we'd asked. Having been several years since any involvement with real estate transactions, throughout BOTH interactions with The Bandimere Team, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the consummate support and professionalism displayed by Rick and his entire team throughout the entire process. So, in summary, TWO listings, TWO sales, BOTH for more than we'd asked. Who could ask for anything more? It is for the reasons above that I would HIGHLY recommend The Bandimere Team if you're thinking of buying OR selling!

Very poor support during hardwood refinishing process…read more Initial refinishing was done with us out of town with no prior consultation on stain color and not even a mention of what finish we wanted (oil was selected for us without asking). They were gracious enough to redo but second experience was just as bad. I expressed a lot of concerns with making sure we were confident on stain and finish before proceeding. Leading up to redo I was told I had white oak floors (which was incorrect and misled our decision making) and had a in person consultation appointment essentially deemed a waste of time by Phil and cancelled. When it came time to redo floors, I received a call from Phil the night of sanding that demanded I make a decision on stain/finish choice right away so they could move on to another job, despite not all stain/finish options having even been applied yet (they forgot to bring water based options). The next day more samples were put down but I had little time to decide, or see how they looked in different lighting conditions which was an explicit request I had prior to the rework being done. I was also mistakenly told that the floor look I was trying to achieve (my previous floors before all of this) was an oil based finish which I later found out was water based instead. Now after sanding my floors twice I'm stuck with a look that is even worse than before and not what I was trying to achieve. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company and the lack of support during the entire refinishing process, especially by the owner Phil during the remedy process, is something I hope nobody else has to go through. I wish I would've went with another company, even if meant paying for the work twice, if it allowed for better support and more time to decide on stain and finish.
