So I told them and they offered to do the work at an astronomical price. They are a waste of time.

Upon setting the appointment the gentleman on the phone indicated I would get a discount for one cooler since I had two of them to shut down. After seeing the Invoice for the job there was no discount listed. The Tech then called the company and asked about it, but the discount was denied. I was also charged for a cover and shipping on the cover. Before install no one called to tell me the cost of the cover or that the shipping cost would be a third of the cost of the cover. I would have said no if they had. I called them back and requested a discount. They gave me the "coupon" discount which I didn't know existed until I went back into their website and saw it. However, I am disappointed with the company since I feel disadvantaged regarding the original invoice charges. There should never have been a charge for shipping, and it will remain in my mind and remind me to be more vigilant. Even through my disappointment I would still recommend this company on their service as the Technician did an excellent job.
