I was so highly relying on this, my fault, and it actually made me feel worse. It helps some and not all, just wanted to share my experience.

I still have once treatment to do, but even the last once, I felt like it had helped me work through some intense feelings... Therapy never worked for me. I don't have issues telling someone what I have done, what I need to do, and knowing the steps to take to achieve therapeutic results... but counseling never gave me what I needed, and I've tried various medications, that never worked either, including making my habits worse through medicated assistance. I will never be "cured" of grief... but I feel the Ketamine helps me explore what I know is already inside of me. I can speak to many other people, but if that doesn't click for me specifically, then speaking of the same thing over and over, is useless.. nobody can get me through my issues.... First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment.
