Unlicensed, uninsured and Inexperienced! What they did to my windows was criminal. He severely…read moredamaged all 15 of my windows and didn't install them correctly. He didn't measure them correctly so he ordered the wrong size. He had no idea what he was doing. He spent literally 10 seconds to measure my windows because he knows nothing about windows. I told him I wanted bigger windows and I paid extra for bigger windows. His measurements were off by 2.25 inches. That's significantly smaller and very obvious but he still lied. He totally denied that he damaged my windows and didn't agree to repair them. He said they were installed perfectly when it's clearly a horrific job. HomeDepot came out to give me an estimate on repairing my windows and ordering new ones that are the right size and it's $17,000. I can go on for days about what's wrong with my windows and everything that he worked on in my house. Nothing was done right because he's inexperienced and incompetent. Anytime they fix something they break something else. They tried to hide the broken edges on my windows. They cut corners and use cheaper materials than what I asked for and cheat me every way they can just to make a dollar more in profits. I paid them top dollar but their craftsmanship is beyond poor it's criminal. Their estimate is higher than other estimates I got so I thought they would deliver quality work but they don't know what quality is. They tried to squeeze more and more money out of me by lying about what wasn't included. All of their work is half done and they abandoned it until I call to complain. They totally trashed my house inside and out for a few weeks and didn't clean it up until I complained. Extremely unprofessional is the least to say. They left an old toilet on my front porch for weeks. After they removed my toilets they urinated and defecated down the pipe. My entire house smelled so bad when I got home. They littered in my yard and I had to pick up after them. Some of my personal belongings in my house is missing.

When I wanted to add a couple of solar tubes prior to starting the project, Matt met with me to confirm the size and location of the tubes and was able to quickly provide a revised estimate. Materials were delivered in advance of the project securely and timely. When the weather presented an opportunity to complete the job, the work was scheduled. The Crosstown crew arrived timely in the am and quickly began preparation to protect my property and landscaping during the demolition process. The crew was very amiable and courteous... it was evident they enjoyed working together. When it became clear that the job would continue the following day, the crew protected and cleaned the job site. The crew returned on time again the following morning and finished the job. The worksite was left clean. The only way I knew they were there was the beautiful new roof and glowing solar tubes they had skillfully installed.

I've had my walls painted in the den, living room, hallway, and entry hall. the painter also painted my cabinets on site, and did an amazing job. He indicated he didn't know what type paint the contractor used, because it wasn't oil based because when he sanded it, it had a powdery feel to it, oil base wouldn't do that. He also stated if I hadn't painted my cabinets, I wouldn't be able to wash them. They were not smooth,and had a dull finish with powdery substance on it. On a second note, he stated that the contractor did a great job with backsplash, Mosaic, flooring, building cabinets, and did a good job painting walls and ceilings, and didnt need a redo, and I agree. I paid the contractor $1350 for the painting of the rooms, and $2500 for the painting of the cabinets. Once again it is sad that the contractor cannot contact me concerning these issues or take responsibility. But if he can live with it so can I.

We had Old Cypress come out last December to replace our worn carpet with LVP flooring. They really…read moreeducated me in quoting process on how some companies charge extra for each door opening they have to cut around. His quote included the full job and was competitive. They did an amazing job and were done quickly just in time for Christmas. The house was left in very clean condition which is a plus as some contractors leave a lot of debris and dust. He was even able to haul away our old carpet for additional fee which saved us much needed stress at the holidays. I plan to use again on a wood floor repair this spring.
