Had an overall great experience at Prime Car Wash, on 18 in Florence…read more My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday morning after breakfast to get both of our cars washed, both interior and exterior. There was no line, and our cars both got in immediately. Price was decent for that kind of service. Overall really pleased with the job that the staff did - they were very communicative about timing, asked about any additional items (like if we wanted a specific fragrance in our cars), and were very pleasant. Lobby was nice overall - I think there is coffee for members but for non-members like us it was pretty basic. Vending machine, comfortable seating, and the usual items for sale on one of the walls. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. If there was one hair to split, it did take a while to get the interiors cleaned; neither of our cars was dirty inside by any stretch, so I am going to chalk that up to them being thorough and call it fair. On the whole, I definitely will be back to Prime!

It turned out AMAZING!He sent us pictures as it was being worked on but I wish I could come up with the words to describe how amazing the vehicle looks in person. There are no pictures or 4K videos that do it any justice whatsoever. I feel sorry for Top Shine because I'm not sure it's possible to fully appreciate the quality of their work unless you see a vehicle they've done in person. I come home everyday and park next to my wife's GX and I am just still in shock with how amazing it looks. My wife still takes pictures of the car when she walks out to it in a parking lot at work or the grocery store.
