He was very self sufficient and even brought a small generator to power is vacuum and tools. The only thing he used was our outside water spicket, but he even brought his own hose. There was no line, and our cars both got in immediately. Price was decent for that kind of service. Overall really pleased with the job that the staff did - they were very communicative about timing, asked about any additional items (like if we wanted a specific fragrance in our cars), and were very pleasant. Lobby was nice overall - I think there is coffee for members but for non-members like us it was pretty basic. Vending machine, comfortable seating, and the usual items for sale on one of the walls. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. If there was one hair to split, it did take a while to get the interiors cleaned; neither of our cars was dirty inside by any stretch, so I am going to chalk that up to them being thorough and call it fair.
