What a easy process!!! Tim and Alma have now helped me purchase 5 Vans for my business and 3 for myself and my fiancé. We purchased 3 Nissan Nv2500 and Tim took care of all the rebates and had the Ladder racks and the partitioning installed in the vans for my company. (I own a HVAC company www.southlandac.com and we are building our fleet). They delivered the vans to my office and the process was less than 30 mins. I also have personally purchased 2 Toyota and 1 Lexus in the last 3 years. The best part of using True blue is there is no haggling, you simply find what you want and come with your best offer. After that the application is a simple process and the delivery is smooth as butter. No more spending half a day in the car dealership. Way to go true blue you have a customer for life. True Blue Sales & Leasing - One of the NV2500 we purchased last week - Car Brokers Near Me

Tim and Alma's service is unparalleled. I was referred to Tim and from our very first conversation, he was committed to getting me what I needed fast! I drove a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was looking to get into a more fuel-efficient vehicle. From end to end, the process didn't even take a week. I told Tim my wants and deal breakers and he beyond delivered. Not having to go to the dealership, negotiate, and having the car delivered by the Alma was amazing. I will never buy another car on my own again. Through out the process team educated me on how to get the best deal which I appreciated. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Toyota Camry SE. Even after the deal concluded Tim referred me to sound system company to get my car's system enhance because he understood how much music meant to me and it was the less expensive option. I have already referred my boyfriend and friend to Tim. Good service is so rare so I will continue to refer people to True Blue Sales. read more

True Blue Sales & Leasing - Tim, you are the man!!!! - Car Brokers Near Me

Tim and Alma did it again! They just personally delivered an early Valentine's Day present to my wife and I. My wife loves her new 2016 Lexus GX 460. The deal was so good I was able to squeeze in a new car for myself, a 2016 Lexus GS 350. Car buying has never been more enjoyable. Tim and Alma are the hardest working and must honest team I have ever done business with. This is the 6th and 7th vehicle I have leased from them. As a buyer, working with dealerships can be stressful. Nobody has time to shop multiple dealerships for the best price or hardest to find color and option combinations. Tim and Alma take the stress away and do all the work for you. They locate the vehicle, negotiate the lowest terms, and personally deliver the car to you along with the paperwork. The whole experience is personal and friendly. Tim has so many connections in the industry that I have always received the best deals available. He is more knowledgeable about these cars and the deals then anyone I have ever worked with. Alma is extremely thorough with the details and ensures that everything is in order. Her knowledge of the vehicle technology and options is second to none. I highly recommend Tim and Alma for your next vehicle. I know I will never go anywhere else! read more

My husband and I been leasing cars through Tim Mitchell for many years. His service and care of his clients are unsurpassable. He will find you the car you want with the best leasing program available. Tim returns calls very quickly ( a very important business quality for me) and really listens. My husband's and my leases are up this April of 2022. There are literally no cars out there. Tim found the exact Lexus my husband wanted, interior color and all, and he found the exact Hyundai Tucson I wanted, fully-loaded in red. Tim used his years of experience and connections to track down the cars. He even got our 2019 cars sold at auction and used the profits towards our new leases. Our 2 new cars were delivered to our door on time and Alma, Tim's assistant, went over all the bells and whistles with us. You guys are the best! read more

So the last time I wrote a review, it was on behalf of my parents and their experience purchasing a car from Tim & Alma. In that review I mentioned that I couldn't wait to buy a new car for myself so that Tim & Alma could help me! Guess what?! It was my time to buy a car so I called Tim & Alma! I will NEVER buy another car without Tim & Alma! That was the best car buying experience I have ever had...honestly. It was so easy and painless. I called them with the specific car I wanted and all of my requests. I told them how much money I could put down and my monthly budget for a car payment. I was SHOCKED when they gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. The car...the color...the bells and whistles...the down payment...the monthly payment...everything! Pure perfection! Working with Tim & Alma on my car purchase was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Now I can't wait till a friend of mine needs a car so I can tell them to call Tim & Alma! Thanks Tim & Alma! I could not have done it without you! read more

Working with Tim was a great experience! I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I was referred, but now I can't imagine going through the car buying process any other way. It was a quick and smooth process, even while accommodating a very tight schedule. Delivery by Alma was easier that I thought possible and I will definitely be using them again in the future! It was an exceptional experience! read more

Tim has the patience of a Kindergarten teacher. He and his assistant Alma are kind and knowledgeable individuals who look out for their clients' best interests. They are very understanding of the time it takes to evaluate the market and to find what's right for you. Having gone to several dealerships for test drives, it has been very comforting to know that he will broker a great deal for me when I'm ready, and I won't have to negotiate directly with a salesperson. read more

True Blue Sales & Leasing has changed how I feel about buying/leasing cars. I used to dread the process of having to deal with pushy car salespeople and the back and forth of trying to negotiate with the managers. All the research, negotiating and getting the absolute best deal, are taken care of exceptionally well by Tim and Alma. Over the years Tim has managed to get me over 10 cars, thanks to his services. When I was purchasing my new car I went to True Blue because I was not sure what car I wanted to purchase or what I even needed for my life style, and a friend recommended I talk to Alma and Tim and get their advice Alma took the time to talk with me to figure out what I needed and make a recommendation for the best car for my life style (a Honda civic)... I purchased the car and it was the BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE When I say that I love my car it is an understatement... Alma knew exactly what I needed and found me the best deal out there (I even took the deal she got me to a Honda dealership near me and they could not even MATCH the deal she was getting me) The car was hand delivered to me by Alma and all the paperwork was explained in detail (it was my first time purchasing a new car) - she even took me out driving in the car and explained how everything worked! Amazing people who make the car buying experience stress free and easy. My mother-in-law and uncle bought cars from her too and they had the same, wonderful experience! read more

I have bought several cars from Tim Mitchell and he is a great guy to work with. I always felt like I was family, and we're not related!

I was referred to True Blue through an acquaintance whose family has worked with Tim for decades. Tim listened to what I needed and worked extremely quickly to get the exact car I wanted at a very, very good price. Within 24 hours from calling him, I had my new car. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes and Alma met me there to guide me through the entire process (drop off old lease, sign new car paperwork, tutorial on new car features). I will always work with True Blue. It was so wonderful to not spend days at the dealership with the back and forth haggling with the salesmen. And - to get a better deal than my friends who went through the dealerships directly. read more

I am a physician with limited time on my hand. I researched the best new car and decided on the RAV4 Hybrid. It is so hot that most dealers in L.A. and the bay area don't even have one in stock. The lowest quoted price was at MRSP and others were higher. I contacted Tim Mitchell in March, 2016 and discussed buying the car, when I returned from a long vacation on June 6. Believe it or not, he called me while I was in the cab on the way home from LAX on June 6 to see if I was still interested. Got the car at a greatly reduced price with a 4 year, 0% interest loan for 100% of the car's value. He delivered it to my office about 50 miles away from the dealer and sat there and explained every detail on all the accessories, etc. WOW. I wouldn't use anyone else. Just call him and see. read more

I just got a new Prius through True Blue and I have to say it was THE BEST AND EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had!! Tim and Alma make the car leasing/purchasing process so easy! I have leased twice with true blue sales and leasing and both times it was an easy, quick and pleasant experience. I didn't have to spend my whole day at the dealer and I didn't have to do any of the haggling. My new car was dropped of at my home, I signed all the paperwork in a matter of minutes and then I went out to dinner in my new car. Thanks so much Tim and Alma I'm going to recommend you guys to everyone just so they can experience how easy car shopping can be. read more

If you need a doctor, you go to a professional. If you are buying a house, you go to a professional. Why should it be any different buying a car. Tim is a true auto professional with decades of experience and built industry contacts. This was my third time working with Tim. I made the decision after the first time that I would never go any other way again. At 10am I let Tim know what I was looking for. At 4pm, I had the car in my driveway and Alma at my house with the paperwork to sign and to explain how everything in the car works. No more dealing with salespeople that don't know what they are selling. No more dealing with salespeople who have to go through 4 other people to make a deal happen. If you are looking for a new car, do yourself a favor and call the professional. read more

Working with Tim takes all the stress, harassment, and deception out of the car-buying experience! I began the process on my own and soon grew tired of fending off the sales vultures with their lies and relentless pressuring tactics. Then I met Tim and everything changed. Tim arranged the test drives and Alma met me at the various dealers to answer any questions. Once I decided what I wanted, Tim negotiated a great deal for me! Then he and Alma delivered the car to me and Alma patiently showed me how to operate all the techie features. Tim also inspected my old car and found a buyer for it. I can honestly say, I will never buy another car without Tim! read more

I recently leased a 2017 Subaru Outback with the help of Tim and Alma, and my wife and I agree we will never lease/purchase through anyone else! It was an incredibly easy and efficient experience from start to finish. We live in Las Vegas, and Tim made it very clear he would deliver the car directly to us, but we decided to make the trek to Thousand Oaks, CA so we could road trip back. Tim met us at the dealership at 9 am on a Saturday and we were in and out of finance in less than 15 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly - no stress, no haggling, no back and forth over price/monthly payment. Tim and Alma had already done all of the negotiating, and when we arrived, we knew exactly what we were signing. We spent the bulk of our time with a salesman who was extremely excited to show us all the features of the vehicle and were heading home by 10:30 am! Tim and Alma are extremely honest, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They made such a good impression, and made the whole process so inviting. I've already referred them to several family members and friends, and will continue to do so - amazing and invaluable service! Thank you Tim and Alma! read more
