A few weeks later I realize that small modifications were made to the paperwork without my consent and I signed the document thinking it was the exact one I was told to come in and sign. I call and complain and my attorney James says oh I thought I told you. He knows he never told me about the changes. Completely ridiculous and unethical. I know you people don't care but you are ruining someone else's life. Furthmore, after reviewing my billing, I noticed that they charge whatever they feel like for phone calls. I have 3 minute phone calls charged for 10min. 10min phone calls charged for 30min. Do you guys charge whatever you feel like? This place needs to be reported.
