Then he did not go over the evidence with me in order to prepare a proper defense. I had no idea what the prosecution had as evidence to prosecute. I could not and did not prepare and it's Markleys fault. He blamed me because I reported his bad efforts and constitutional violations to the judge on the recorded microphone.
