The branch itself is clean, well organized and clearly marked for the service you are looking for that day. You are always greeted by a friendly rep at the door to ensure you're heading to the right place or getting an appointment if you aren't sure. From mortgages to car loans or other banking needs, the advisors are always incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They understand your needs, provide advice or feedback, show you the numbers and potential alternatives, and then set you up for an easy checkout experience. I could not more highly recommend NFCU and this Cherry Hill branch!

They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.

We have experienced an issue with them when it comes to the pandemic and losing income. We were told by a person in customer service that we would get put on a reduced payment plan, and they never put us on one even after having our car for 2 years and only 2 prior missed payments. Both missed payments due to the pandemic. But that is the only issue we have ever had. This company has worked with us and if it were not for the incident mentioned above, I would have given them 5 stars. They are simple. If you miss a payment, CALL THEM BEFORE THEY CALL YOU!!! Make a payment arrangement and if you cannot keep that arrangement, CALL THEM BEFORE THE PAYMENT IS EXPECTED TO COME OUT and work something out. COMMUNICATION is the key to having a good relationship with them. Let's face it...Flagship is a subprime lender for those of us who have less than perfect credit. So use them until you can do better! I will have to also say that I would refer them to anyone else we know. They have been faithful to honor our past payment arrangements and they only start calling you when you are 30 days past due and when you don't honor your payment arrangements. They can get VERY OBNOXIOUS with their 50 calls a day from random numbers etc... But again, if you make your payment before your 30 day grace, and you stick to your arrangements, you will not have a problem. Sincerely, A current Flagship customer.

I should have had someone look first. I was helped by Eric, Joe, and his father. They ASSURED ME that the car had no defects and that if anything was wrong with it, they would help me fix it. I asked repeatedly "Does this car have a CVT transmission?" Joe said, no it does not. I checked under the hood and it is just an automatic, not CVT. It's a good car." Just a day later, 20 miles to be exact, the car broke down in the middle of the road. I took it to the mechanic and they told me that the car went into limp mode and the transmission gave out. JUST 1 DAY LATER. I called and asked Joe again, does this car have a CVT, he said it does not, completely contrary to what the mechanic said. At this point, I am sure he lied to get the sale. I said I want a refund. He told me too bad, it's as is. I told him I will not accept that as I did not even have the car for 72 hours before this all transpired. I bought the car so I can go back and forth to school. This car was supposed to help me do that. They knew this and took advantage of me. The lowest of the lowest! These people scammed me. They knew I saved up my money to buy a car for school. Who does that? Who scams the poorest of us to make a quick buck. I asked"will the car make it 6 months?" Yes of course it will. I asked "If it breaks down, will you help me fix it? I don't know any mechanics here" yes of course! We want you to come back. We "care" about our reputation. Do you really? Those niceties went straight out the window Once the car was sold. Like too bad I got your money now, good luck. And then lie about the type of transmission knowing that it is prone to issues... all so you can make $3500.... so you can sell a car. You can't trust anyone like that! Don't spend your hard earned money here! You saved up for that car or you need something to get to work, DO NOT TAKE THAT CHANCE HERE! Go somewhere else. Each mechanic I spoke to was shocked on how I was rejected from getting a refund. No one..AND I MEAN NO ONE...with integrity acts how Joe did to me. No one who cares about their business does that. Now i have to either pay $6k to get a new trans or save up all over again and get another car. Integrity matters and Joe, the son who hung up in my face told me too bad and lied repeatedly, is someone that don't got that at All! Crooks and Thieves.

I bought the car expecting to hear back soon about my title so I could transfer everything legally. Instead, I got the runaround. As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.

My payments were made on time... every two weeks they took out $213.46 (I actually paid a day before they were due). On October, 3rd 2019 I was involved in a auto accident. As a result the car was totaled by the insurance company. It appears that what the car was worth was way less than what these people were charging me. $3,000 less to be exact. I immediately contacted PA Auto Credit to see what I could do regarding the difference as I would still be liable for the difference. I received no help! They could care less! In-spite of being approved for a check from the insurance company in the amount of $8070 they were unable to renegotiate the loan for the remaining amount. On the contrary, they suggested I take out another loan out to pay the balance or see about having Peruzzi roll the remaining balance into a new loan as "they do not refinance their loans". Why would I go back to purchase another vehicle through them when what they are selling you is not worth the price they are charging? They didn't even talk to me about GAP insurance because according to them " it is not available for used vehicles). As a result of this accident I was forced to redirect one of my payments into something else... unfortunately causing me to miss one of the bi-weekly payments. As a result of this Allen found it necessary to contact me at work only to harass and demand I make the payment and to also educate me on what to expect if the payment wasn't made... To include garnishing my wages, putting a lien on my personal property etc. Really? For one missed bi-weekly payment? I have never said that I did not plan on paying what I owed! On the contrary... I have been on the phone with them almost everyday updating them, keeping them informed and trying to see what they could do to assist me. Unfortunately, according to them "they can't do anything". He's a great person and made the car buying process a lot smoother. I would recommend going through him - if possible. It's a one stop shop, everything wrapped up fairly quick. The downside was coming back to get an oil change and inspection; I was there for 3 hours. Outside of Luis and the Spanish gentleman with the man-bun, the professionalism is lack luster at best. The sales manager has quite the obvious ego and it comes out when he speaks to customers. Everyone is bro, babe, sweetie, "ma nigga" etc. He certainly talks down to people (not me, but I witnessed it with a disgruntled customer who had a miscommunication with another employee). Walls separating the customer sitting area from the sales team would do wonders for this place. If the goal is to get a car for a fair price, I'd recommend checking Philly Auto out.
