Okay so yesterday i hit something on the freeway, and my bumper broke, and my left front tire got messed up and came here today and Monica was a huge help, she explained everything, walked me thought everything, and she took care of me like family and really showed she cared. She really made my terrible situation better. Monica even offered food locations and told me she woijd Monica take me anywhere to get food or whatever. Really amazing. They have amazing and clean rest rooms and showers and free laundry and soup. Free popcorn and cookies and coffee. They really take care of you. Mike; he was my inspector, he checked my truck front front to back and top to bottom and made sure things were good and let me know what needed to be done. Thanks Mike for everything. Brand new truck out of fright liner shop, 700 miles latter coolant issues. Pulled into this shop as I crossed the state! Garbage service! Lost a cooling fan and had my truck towed to the truck center for repairs. Arrived on Saturday 10 March. On Monday 12 Mar checked in with the service department for a ETIC (estimated time repairs completed) and was told that I needed a fan, fan hub, radiator and fan shroud. They also said that they could not find the parts for my truck a 2007 Freightliner. After a two minute search online by me the parts were found at Fleetpride. Next, I called the truck center to let them know where the parts were located. They told me that they would let the parts department know where the parts could be found. MARCH 14 Checked in with service for an update. They told me that the parts department was still trying to find the parts. On the 15th I was told that the parts were ordered and that they would be shipped overnight. On March 19 they said that the overnight was not shipped because of the holiday weekend. March 22 all parts arrived except fan shroud. March 26 I locate a fan shroud and ask service department to install the radiator and parts on hand so that I could drop my load and have the shroud installed later. March 28 after 18 days of stalls and half truths, I get the call, your truck is ready. Upon arrival I start my pre-trip inspection. First, the driveshaft bolts were laying on the floor of the truck. Next the coolant tank was low, Engine oil was low and finally new fan pulley and crankshaft pulley were not aligned with the fan belt riding half way off of the pulley. To rub salt in my wounded confidence the truck would not crank because the battery was dead. I go to the service desk to voice my concern, I was told that there was others in front of me and that I would have to wait my turn. so here I sit waiting for repairs to be completed If you want arrogant service representatives and incompetent mechanics this is the place for you. If you want your truck repaired quickly Do Not Use THE TRUCK CENTER! read more

My advice RUN dont walk from this place! Admittedly, I'm not very mechanical but, when I brought my truck in because the clutch was slipping they told me it needed to be replaced and would cost 3500.00. I did some checking with other local shops and found their quotes ranged from 1200.00 to 1800.00 for replacement. Once I took it to the other shop they found that it only needed to be adjusted not replaced. Nice try on the massive overbilling Truck Centers. read more

Traveling in a 2018 RV from California, had issues with transmission panel. Stopped here because it was listed under Freightliner Dealer. Although these guys were very busy at the time we arrived, were very professional, and they adhered to the timeline they gave us. We waited in the truckers lounge, which was not our only option. It was very clean and comfortable. Kyle kept us informed of the progress, and Nick was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue. We felt that these two young men provided phenomenal service and we would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of their services. read more
