The secretary told me we aren't taking any more patients today. So I asked if the waiting room was full, and she said no it's empty. So I asked if they could please take us and that we could be there in 5 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes later to clinic that was open but had no doctor. She knew we were on our way, took my name and left right after 5 minutes instead of waiting. First of all, the clinic is open until 7! How dare you turn patients away as of 6:30 and then actually LEAVE before closing time. I am so disgusted by what happened this evening. Then the secretaries tried to tell me that I was 20 min late which was a LIE! Absolutely awful service on all counts. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and equally embarrassed. You have taken an oath to care and serve people; shame on you all. I will never step foot in this clinic again and highly recommended no one else does either. How can the doctor leave before closing time?! And when you have promised to wait on a patient who you know is on the way. Atrocious. Not to mention the attitude that we were met with as I held my 18 month old baby waiting to be seen. I have never been so disgusted by a clinic.

Twice in the last 4 months I have booked appointments for my 6 month old Daughter to see Doctor Houssain and when arriving at the clinic I learned that she was on vacation or didn't work that day. Why would a receptionist book an appointment to visit the doctor on a day they don't work? I would let it slide if it happens once but this is twice now and each time we're in, even for the walk in there is a new receptionist who seems to be in training. And we often overhear them telling people who are coming in before or after us that their appointment isn't able to be completed because the doctor isn't there. If there is an issue with the schedule even a simple phone call a couple days before to reschedule would be the expected thing to do but nothing. Whatever system they use to organize themselves is either broken or missing altogether. The doctor's schedule is either in a constant state of change or the receptionists don't have access to it and are throwing darts and letting the next employee after they quit/are fired (?) deal with it. Dr Houssain is nice and competent enough but this place is being drowned by a complete lack of organization. If you are looking for a family doctor and book an appointment here be prepared to do their job for them and constantly call to ensure you will be met with or roll the dice on someone being there when you show up. I have seen her many times this month and she made sure that all the right tests were done. The technician doing the blood work on Fridays can be a tad slow and has trouble finding veins, but makes sure you feel comfortable. The receptionist who works during the week is very kind every time I go in, the two ladies with blonde hair are a bit impatient but they still keep a level of kindness. The only issue I would have with this clinic is the long wait times during the day - much higher than most, but overall a very nice place to be!!!
