When he recommended both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy I thought "oh no!". However he proceeded to make me at ease with his humour and description of how 'great' the experience would be. The day arrived and I was led to the changing area by Sepideh, the preparation and recovery nurse. She was very professional and kind. I heard a lady arrive back from the same procedure and she didn't know it was over. That gave me a lot of confidence. Dr Lee the anesthesiologist then came to explain what was going to happen in a very humorous and disarming way, which continued when I entered the procedure room. Then Dr Ginzburg approached brimming with humour and confidence, announcing that I would be begging to come back because it was so going to be so much fun! There was also a lovely smiling nurse present whose name unfortunately I didn't get. Then Dr Lee did his magic and I was out like a light. I woke up in the recovery room with Sepideh gently coaxing me awake. Dr Ginzburg then gave me a very detailed explanation of what he'd found. Conclusion: it was a good job that I went. Unlike other walk-in clinics I've visited in the past, the wait time at All About Health is for 90% of the time, less than 10 - 15 minutes. The physicians are all very approachable and are willing to spend time to hear you out rather than trying to rush you out the door. Overall, I highly recommend as they are open 7 days a week and hours are very suitable to those who work 9 - 5 so you can make an appointment without having to take time off work.

Dr. Susan Ngo was very helpful and was able to answer my questions and provide the help that I needed. The clinic also had a pharmacy which was very efficient in getting the prescription right after your visit with the doctor. The pharmacy also offers a free Mcdonald's coffee while you wait for your prescription! This is probably the most customer service oriented clinic that I've ever been to.

It was simply shameful to make a patient in pain wil for a full hour and a half for the medicine. I dont equate it to good patient care.
