Not only that, but I needed to have the escrow done within a very short period of time, and that is AFTER looking for a home. Because of Hanh, Steven, and Mindy, I was able to go through all of my paperwork quickly, have them answer all of my questions, and navigate through the escrow process in a very simple manner. The loan process was smooth (Steven did all of the work getting me the best rate), the escrow process was smooth (Hanh did all of the work talking to the different partners in Escrow), and in the end, I finally did get a home. RE: Sunny Sage Lane…read more I bought a home from this company in 2020. After moving in, I experienced recurring light flickering throughout the whole home. Some electrical outlets are not working. This real estate company/seller claimed that this is a brand new home but i believe this home was rented out prior to me purchasing it. I can see touch up paint, touch up grout and mouldings throughout the entire home . I believe this touch up was done prior to placing it on the market and when the renter's lease contracts were up. The agents told me it's a brand new home but failed to disclose that it was rented out prior. I believe I felt was misrepresented. In the real estate law , misrepresentation is an illegal practice. Anyways, I didn't know the electrical wiring was an issue until later when I read some articles that it might cause a fire in the home if there's any loose electrical wiring etc. I know it's been years since then but I had to leave this review in detail to let all readers /potential buyers know that safety is priority. That all buyers should be more aware of this issue before making a brand new purchase. I believe the seller/sellers agent did a poor job for not disclosing information about the electrical issue. In addition, they failed to have a licensed electrician reinspect the property for safety precautions before selling it to the buyer especially after the renters moved out of this property. They also faileed to disclose that this property is not brand new and that there were renters living at this residence. This company and builder should be investigated immediately by the authorities such as DRE/BRE for failing to disclose and misrepresentation.
