I felt very awkward and getting my hair done made me feel uncomfortable around her. She judged me from what brush I had to how I've taken care of my hair in the past. I felt left out because the other stylist were having fun and laughing with there clients. When I would say something to her, her usual response would be "oh." She asked me to text her when I need another appointment. I did that but sadly had to cancel because I work in the healthcare field and was on call. I asked her if she had any other available appointments and she never replied back. I will not be back.

I went there during the $2.95/haircut promotional sale, so I guess you can say you get what you pay for. The haircut was actually very nice and my hair stylist (Savannah) was very kind and clearly had skill. However, the owner/manager was constantly yelling at the receptionist (her daughter).. creating a really weird atmosphere and tense situation for customers. A man came in to check how long the wait would be and the owner started making fun of him very loudly as soon as he left. She constantly was leaving her customer and talking to other employees/ yelling at her daughter.. overall, I was just very happy that I did not get her. The rates for haircuts in Dec. 2013 will go up to $4.95/haircut and then full price ($13.95/haircut) after that, so do not be fooled by this promotional device- it is not a permanent deal.

I first got to experience the salon for my hair and make up trial about two months prior. Logan and my makeup artist made me feel so at home and used so much attention to detail to make sure they got everything right for my big day coming up. The day of my wedding they had at least 5 to 6 different people all day ready to help o me and my bridal party at 8 o'clock in the morning the Saturday before Christmas!! They had a whole table set out with snacks muffins yogurt water just for me and my ladies so that we wouldn't go famished as we got ready for my wedding. They made me feel so special and pampered. This is also one of the only salons I've ever been to that actually has a liquor license which I have to say makes a big difference. Additionally the salon itself is beautiful and big. We all started mimosas at 9 AM and just had a great time. My hair and make were so beautiful for my wedding day; everybody commented on it, even my photographer. I can't recommend this place enough and I highly suggest you go there for any event big or small. Thanks for everything guys!!

I have only ever had one tattoo done here but I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they…read moredid on the tattoo I requested in memory of my great grandmother. It has faded quite a bit, but it was also done over 7 years ago & is in color, which I have heard does fade quicker. They did tell me I could come back to get it touched up for free, but I never made it back, so I'm sure that has also added to the fading. It was a very pleasant & comfortable experience. It was my first tattoo, which I told them & they gave me $5 off the price because of this, so that was a small plus I was not expecting. I was only charged $45 for the tattoo I received which I believed was an amazing deal for the quality & size of the work they did. I did feel lightheaded & dizzy halfway through the tattooing process, which they explained to me was common as some people's blood sugar can drop when getting a tattoo done. They kindly gave me a break & afterward I was completely fine to finish. I also had body piercings done here & they were very professional & very quick with the work. I would gladly come back here for more body art in the future & would recommend to anyone!
